I presented to Kelly Ford to have my oil changed on time. I informed the service person, Derek Ertz-Berger, about an issue I was having with my A/C going on and off. As a female, going to have things done on my car is stressful and often challenging so I was very glad to meet someone like him who explained everything and made me feel like he was trustworthy. I wound up having the A/C fixed as well as obtaining an estimate for some body work. The car is in great shape but I am talking with him about possibly purchasing a new vehicle. I truly appreciate his concern and assistance. (He even had a driver take me to get a sandwich while I was waiting,) I recently retired and having been in the "people" business as a counselor for many years, I can tell you that you have hired a jewel there!! Excellent Service and I will come back to see if he can help me if I buy a new car! He was knowledgeable, caring, trustworthy and informative and I intend to tell everyone who will listen! More
