I appreciated that Phil was nice and honest with me, other people in the dealership were nice to me, too. It was my first time so I had questions and I felt safe and respected. Once I located a used car on Autotrader at Kelly Ford I was contacted in minutes by Justin. He answered my questions about the car and made himself available to when I could see the car.
