Put in a rental car called me two hours later about the concern . Explained the needed repairs had all the parts Instock and had my car done at 4:30 same day ! I have worked with Mr. Brown several times in the passed 8 years at Honda he goes out of his way evertime and one can tell he's all about the service he's on top of this game. I hate writing reviews however when people go so far above and beyond, you just have to. Rob and his manager Jim really made things happen. They saved me a ton of money on a used truck. Salesman Richard Regazzi was awesome. We let Kelly Ford know the price we could afford, and they worked with us. Richard took his time with us and showed us several options. We felt the car we bought cou know the price we could afford, and they worked with us. Richard took his time with us and showed us several options. We felt the car we bought could've been detailed much better, but Richard filled up the gas tank for us. We asked Carlos in finance to give us a 2 year registration, but he didn't. He did knock off a year on the loan though, for just a few more bucks per month. Overall We would definitely recommend Kelly Ford AND our salesman Richard Regazzi to everyone. More

My used car purchase with Kelley Ford, and Phil Pettus went smooth and met or exceeded my expectations for an internet car purchase. Things went as follows: Found a car that met my search criteria on went smooth and met or exceeded my expectations for an internet car purchase. Things went as follows: Found a car that met my search criteria on AutoTrader at Kelly Ford, went to their dealership website, and the car had just been reduced $1000 below the price on autotrader. Emailed them at 12:30am on 07/04/2012 to verify if the car was available, and asking for the price, including all dealer/documentary fees, minus the tax&tag. Phil responded to my email at 7:30am, with the internet/website price, plus their dealer fee. I asked him to verify that the price he sent me plus tax&tag was going to be what I paid if I purchased the car today, and at 9:30am, 1/2 after the dealer opened for the day, Phil responded back that the deal was written up by his sales manager, and the price was what he sent at 7:30am. Made it to Kelley Ford at 2:00pm, test drove the car, had some food&soda (they were having a 4th of July cookout), signed the sales documents(pricing exactly as promised), and at 4:00pm, was driving my 2011 mustang home. Since I live 120 miles from Kelley, the time to drive there was more than the actual time spent at the dealer. If you want to purchase your car using the internet sales paradigm, then going with Phil and Kelly Ford is the way to go. I had contacted other dealership internet sales before finding a car at Kelley, and none of them seemed to get the idea of an online sale...with the other dealers, their online sales seemed geared toward getting you into the dealership to start the classic in store purchase, a long and frustrating process, for me the buyer. As the first line of this review says, my purchase with Kelley Ford met or exceeded all of my expectations for an internet purchase, and even the little things you expect from a classic in store purchase, like food, beverages, and a full tank of gas were provided. This was the second car I purchased from Phil. I liked how he worked with me the first time so it was easy to ask for him again. He understood my position and why I was trading cars and with that, we were how he worked with me the first time so it was easy to ask for him again. On July 4th, we bought AMERICAN! We were so very pleased with our salesman, Rob Saslow and with Carlos Arciniegas, who did the financial end of our sale. Over the past 50 years, we have bought new cars every 3 to 5 years and this was by far, the least stressful and most pleasant transaction of all. There were no high pressure sales talks, we felt in control of our purchase at all times. We love our new car! This is the 3rd purchase of Kelly Ford cars in our family over the 19 years we have lived in Melbourne, we will be back. More
I need to take back everything good I said about this dealership. The experience turned out to be heartbreaking, embarassing, and expensive. We signed papers, paid a down payment, traded in a vehicle, an dealership. The experience turned out to be heartbreaking, embarassing, and expensive. We signed papers, paid a down payment, traded in a vehicle, and drove away in our new car, only to be called back a week later to give it back or come up with a lot more money. Not only that, but they cashed our deposit check several days early causing our bank account to go negative. When we were given back our old car parts were missing off of it. This whole thing is unacceptable. This was either a horrible chain of mistakes on the dealership's part or a Spot Delivery scam. I have yet to decide which one I believe it was. More
