I purchased the very bottom line vehicle that Ford Makes this past weekend. To the best of my knowledge, there was no cheaper new vehicle on the lot. Nevertheless, I was treated extremely professionally, this past weekend. To the best of my knowledge, there was no cheaper new vehicle on the lot. On 3-20-12 my son and I came to look at cars. I told Rob Saslow my criteria and he said the 2010 focus was in my price range. When I asked him for the exact price after seeing the car, he came back and sai Saslow my criteria and he said the 2010 focus was in my price range. When I asked him for the exact price after seeing the car, he came back and said it was out of my price range, so we left. After seeing 8 other dealers that day my son wanted to go back for one more look and ask Rob to tell us what the car would actually cost. We were told Rob had left for Merritt Island and that Azad would help us. He took us for a test drive and wrote up what the car would cost us out the door. I told him I would think about it. Azad called me later that evening and said that he was sure the manager would take off $500 if we came back the next day. We went back the next day to purchase the car. Rob wrote up the paperwork. He gave me one key. I said I wanted 2 keys. He said he would call the lady who sold them the car to see if she had the other key and he would mail it to me. I called Rob back later in the day and he said the woman did have the other key and she would bring it to him. I called Rob Thursday, he was off and he said to call the dealership back and ask for Vinny Amore or his brother Sal Amore. Rob said that Vinnie was aware of the key situation. I called back the dealership and spoke with Vinnie. Vinnie said the lady did in fact bring in the extra key, however when she brought it in nobody at the desk tagged the key. Vinnie said he did not know if the key he had was actually the key to my car. Vinnie told me to call back later. I called Vinnie back Friday morning. He was very apologetic saying he couldn't even find the untagged key and to please come to the dealership and he would make me a key. He said he would let Rob know that we were coming in to get a key made. My son and I went back Friday afternoon to get the key made. Rob was outside and saw us walking up. He wasn't acting friendly and wanted to know why we were back. As my son and I are walking into the dealership I was telling him that I had contacted Vinnie just like he told me to and Vinnie had told me to come in and get a key made. Rob starts getting hostile saying that I had no business talking to Vinnie and that Vinnie had absolutely no authority to say that I could have a key made. If I wanted a key made I could pay the dealer to do it or I could go to Ace Hardware to have them make a key. I told him that the dealership had the key, even told me that the woman brought in the key, and that it was the dealership that lost the key, so I wanted the dealership to make me a key. Rob just went on and on and on raising his voice and talking ugly to me. I was in shock to be talked to the way he was going off. And what made it absolutely worse was that he was doing it right in front of the sales manager Clayton Flynn. Clayton told Rob that I was his problem. I stood my ground. Finally Clayton threw a paper at Rob to fill out and said just make her the key. I was told to go sit over there and it would be at least 45 minutes. Azad came over to the waiting area to thank us for purchasing the car and he apologized for the way we were being treated. He also told us to have a safe trip back home. We drove over 6 hours to go car shopping in Melbourne. I was not able to find anything in Tallahassee which is close to where we live. If I lived down there I would tell absolutely every parent that is looking for a car for their child to not shop at Kelly Ford. The sales staff (Rob) was extremely disrespectful. What blows my mind is that the sales manager never once got on to Rob for talking to me in such a disrespectful way, in fact the manager was just as rude! When we finally got the key my son jokingly said he was afraid they had rigged the car to explode when we turned the car on. Cristy Kelleher More

Our salesman, Scott Lane, was very knowledgable and knew his product very well (a plesant supp buying experiences we have had through our msny years. Abagail greeted salesman Tim Olsen, with a giant licky as we arrived. One of many wet nose hellos for the all the salesman and staff at Kelly Ford during our visit. No one seemed to mind that she was there. Tim was very knowlege about what the Ford Fusion had to offer going over all the features of the car as well as letting us drive it around town. He spent time giving us the car we wanted, the deal we wanted, meeting all our must haves. He demonstrated extreme patience with two senior citizens in showing the new technology Ford has to offer. He even went as far as taking Abbey for a potty walk. Now that is what you call real salesmanship! Abbey gave Tim a farewell licky as she got in our new Fusion for the ride home. Tim has made our purchase more enjoyable by answering quetions for us over the phone. This Ford purchase was very pleasant and one we will be sharing with family and friends.
