We spoke back and forth for a few days before me taking the drive, and he made me feel very comfortable about making the deal. He responded to my emails right away and stayed in touch even after I closed the deal to make sure I made it back to Miami ok. I have never had that kind of professionalism awarded to me when purchasing a vehicle, and frankly can't settle for anything less from now on. I will recommend this dealer and in particular Phil to all of my friends and family and feel very fortunate to have dealt with Kelly Ford as a tesult of my wonderful treatment. Car salesmen are a lot more aggressive here in Miami, and Frankly it's a total turn off for women like me who just want a fair deal and to be treated with respect. Carlos in finance was also great.
