The wife and I have been thinking about trading our F250 in for the past 6 months , but really didn't want to do the cat shopping because of the push push push by the dealers. I started at another Ford dealership and the experience wasnt very good. I decieded to go to Kelly Ford in Melbourne where we worked with Scotty Page, who was very patient due to the fact my wife and I br wasnt very good. Phil kept me informed as to when the first C-Max would arrive, and I finally was able to test drive one a couple of days ago, and knew it was the right car for me. Since my husband was out of town, I did it all myself. This was a very good experience and quite different from car buying trips in the past. I did not feel I was being taken advantage of since I was female, Phil worked with me trying to get me a good price on a new model car, and even the finance guy, Tommy, did not pressure me as I have experienced at other dealerships. I will never know if I truly got the best deal possible, but I feel that I probably did and I am excited to be able to drive a car that I know I won't have to fill with gas every week. I would definitely recommend Kelly Ford to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I believe they are committed to customer satisfaction. More

I visited Kelly because I had an old F150 to trade and it is near to my work. I am happy to say that Kelly has met all my expectations. We purchased a 2003 Ford Escape with 86,000 miles on it which has just been added to the used sales floor. Our deal was as painless as possible, with minimum haggling and really good price. Unfortunately 3 days after driving off the lot - the transmission in our "new" car completely died. I was heartbroken! But Kelly Ford stood by their sale, without question or discussion. Even though the car was not under warrenty (it was a cash and carry kind of deal) - they paid for our tow, and for the total cost of rebuilding the transmission. If you are looking for a place to purchase and maintain...a relationship kind of place - then I can highly reccomend Kelly Ford. More
