I rarely write reviews but I can't help myself... I was in desperate need for a new vehicle and met with numerous salesmen from various dealerships around the Space Coast Area. I was tried and extremely frustrated with a lot of dealerships in this area. I wanted to give up the search, but I made one last stop into Kelly Ford which I'm glad I did! I actually felt very comfortable and had a warm welcome by Cassandra Younger on the lot. Cassandra is a very special human being. She actually cares unlike most that I came acrossed at other dealerships. That's not only rare, it's non-existant in this day and age. Cassandra was very helpful and personable as she showed me a new 2012 Focus. She was professional and treated me as a person and not a potential $ale. Everyone here at Kelly was so nice..This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were able to give me a price I could afford and a car I love. Thank you everyone at Kelly Ford for making this exciting. Cassandra you truly are the BEST OUT THERE!! More

I contacted Chris earlier this year about a 2013 Mustang Cobra, but was not ready to pull the trigger. He didn't hound me, but kept in touch. A day later Chris informed John that the person who ordered the Cobra had canceled before building. They called me up and I got to build my dream machine exactly how I wanted to. The professionalism of all who were involved including Clayton and Dave at the desk was refreshing and I cannot wait until my Mustang arrives! Thanks guys! More

I drove two hours from my home to visit Kelly Ford in Melbourne for service on a company vehicle; during my wait I was greeted by several employees. I was not looking to buy and therefore did not want t Melbourne for service on a company vehicle; during my wait I was greeted by several employees. I was not looking to buy and therefore did not want to waste their time, nor mine. However, Jeff Whitaker came up to me and introduced himself. He was a good old country boy with humor to lighten the mood. So instead of talking cars, we first talked about fishing. I knew I liked the kid but he seemed to think he could out fish me. Before I knew it, he talked me into driving a new F150. Not only was he funny, but he was willing to go the extra mile. He made sure the truck I wanted had all the equipment needed. He also arranged for the F150 to get a spray in bed liner. The only problem left was that my trades were located in Port St Lucie. I never thought he would do it, but he did. He drove two hours to pick them up and then two hours back to complete the deal. And to say my trade was not road worthy was an understatement. We did not get back to Melbourne until 11pm. But it was worth it. It was a pleasure working with Jeff. He really did earn my business. I will not hesitate to return to Kelly Ford nor to send my family members. More
