Went to Kelly Ford after having a "very" bad experience with Palm Bay Ford. Called in explained to the salesman I had a bad experience with Palm Bay Ford. I did the online credit application, the salesman Rikk called me back and said I was approved. After asking him are you sure I am 100% approved with the car I wanted he replied "yes, you are 100% approved for this car". So, I told him I would be there tomorrow to test drive and sign the paperwork on the car. The internet listed price was $17500.00, I arrived to him telling me the car is actually $21,500.00. Also, on the phone he told me the payments would be around $350.00 a month. Once I test drove the car he sat me down and informed me yes I am approved but the payment was $505.00 and I told him no way and asked why, he informed me the bank had their own fees they charged. After sometime he comes back and tells me he can get the payment at $415.00 a month which I agreed on. Signed the paperwork for financing and leave in this new car that I was supposedly approved for 100%. After about 4-5 days I get a phone call from Rikk explaining he can not get financing on the car and to bring the car back and pick something else out. I arrive for him to tell me we can't approve you for anything new but we can put you in the ford tauras with 80,000+ on it. I tell him no I would not be interested in that type of car. So, he tries to delay me with his tactics of I'm too busy for you. Now after selling my car over the weekend, and paying for insurance on this car I was approved for, along with my wasted time I am stuck without a car at all. After doing some research I find out they do this all the time, to get people to buy the cars no one wants. Buyers beware this is a typical scam Kelly Ford has been doing for sometime now. More

We were looking for a used GMC Safari or a Chey Astro. A month ago we had called Kelly Ford about a Chevy Astro Van that we found on CarGuru's website. I had spoken with Phil Pettus and that van wound up n month ago we had called Kelly Ford about a Chevy Astro Van that we found on CarGuru's website. I had spoken with Phil Pettus and that van wound up not being available. I asked Phil to take our information down and if he finds one of the two Vans we were looking for to let me know. Phil called me on Friday, February1st to see if we were still in the market for a Van and we were. He said they had just gotten in a 2002 GMC Safari with 60,000 miles on it. Well we were still in the market and we made an offer that was accepted on Saturday. Then the wonderful salesman Phil delivered the Van to us in Port Saint Lucie Saturday night. It was the best buying experience we have ever had. Since Sunday we have driven the Van several times and are very happy with the way it runs and with all the features that the Van has. We would call Phil again when and if we are in the market for another vehicle. More
The dealership and the staff were outstanding. I found the car on their website and purchased the car without ever leaving Connecticut! Mike met us at the door where we told him we would like to look at the Ford Flex. He said he was finishing up with a customer and said we could go on the lot and start looking, then he would meet us at the to look at the Ford Flex. We took our time and casually looked at the vehicles in general, then zeroed in on the good choice of new Flex's. While we were checking them out, Mike joined us. He really knew all about the Flex and showed us all the features and how they worked. I fell in love with a red Flex. Just exactly what I wanted. He let us take it for a drive and that was it. I wanted to make a trade for the Flex. Mike wrote down some numbers, it seemed fair, and I made the purchase. Mike was very friendly and professional, exactly the type of saleman with whom I wanted to deal. Previously, I have had my Mercury Sabe serviced at Kelly and felt very comfortable with how I was treated and the quality of the work being done. On delivery day, Mike had the Flex all ready and parked on the lot near the door. It was the most beautiful car I had ever seen! Mike took the time to go over everything about my new car. Here again, very professional and friendly! He called the next day to check as to how am doing with the Flex and all the "gadgets". I told him it was great, but I may need more lessons. He said, "Any time, come on in." I would recommend Kelly Ford and Mike Casey to anyone! At the times that I was purchasing the Flex, I did stop in at the Parts Department to check on brake pads for my Mercury. The person behind the counter was very professional and very helpful. More reasons to come back to Kelly Ford. More
