Mike met us at the door where we told him we would like to look at the Ford Flex. He said he was finishing up with a customer and said we could go on the lot and start looking, then he would meet us at the to look at the Ford Flex. We took our time and casually looked at the vehicles in general, then zeroed in on the good choice of new Flex's. While we were checking them out, Mike joined us. He really knew all about the Flex and showed us all the features and how they worked. I fell in love with a red Flex. Just exactly what I wanted. He let us take it for a drive and that was it. I wanted to make a trade for the Flex. Mike wrote down some numbers, it seemed fair, and I made the purchase. Mike was very friendly and professional, exactly the type of saleman with whom I wanted to deal. Previously, I have had my Mercury Sabe serviced at Kelly and felt very comfortable with how I was treated and the quality of the work being done. On delivery day, Mike had the Flex all ready and parked on the lot near the door. It was the most beautiful car I had ever seen! Mike took the time to go over everything about my new car. Here again, very professional and friendly! He called the next day to check as to how am doing with the Flex and all the "gadgets". I told him it was great, but I may need more lessons. He said, "Any time, come on in." I would recommend Kelly Ford and Mike Casey to anyone! At the times that I was purchasing the Flex, I did stop in at the Parts Department to check on brake pads for my Mercury. The person behind the counter was very professional and very helpful. My husband I went to view an escape for cargo space. It didn't have enough. We told Casey Tucker, our sales agent that we needed a vehicle to pack items to go to open markets on weekends. Liked the passenger area and the "work area" for cargo. PERFECT! We traded in an '08 F150 in very clean condition and we were offered a good price. Until the negotiation was done Casey Tucker, Wayne Little and Sal Amore had offered us a very nice price for the F150 (we had a letter from Kelly Ford, looking for F150's) and with the 2012 Clearance price on the Transict Connect, we were HAPPY CAMPERS, literally as we will also use the vehicle for camping and towing our boat. The paper work went smoothly, All three sales people were more than helpful in answering our questions. The van was ready for us to pick up exactly when we got there. Also, initially we were concerned with even having measured, that the van would fit in our garage height wise. We were given the keys to take it home and make sure. We really appreciated that! So now we have it at home and it has 94 miles on it and I don't want to drive it cause I don't want the odometer to flip 100!! LOL Thanks to everyone, I am sure that we will be back a THIRD time somewhere "down the road" More
