I have always been a Chevrolet driver. Today was my first experience at a Ford dealership and I found it more pleasurable than the Chevrolet dealership I had bought my last vehicle at. Both Vinny and John we experience at a Ford dealership and I found it more pleasurable than the Chevrolet dealership I had bought my last vehicle at. Both Vinny and John were excellent in handling my purchase of a new vehicle. John was very patient, was not pushy and seemed to actually care that I made an informed decision as to which vehicle would be right for me and my budget. My wife plans to purchase a new vehicle in August and she wants to go to this dealership to get it. In times both present and past, sales people in car dealerships often get a bad reputation, some deservedly, some not. Both Vinny and John stand out from this crowd and I would be grateful to do future business with these two again. More

I was looking for a specific 2013 Ford Fusion SE and was unable to locate it in the Jacksonville area. My husband located the one I wanted online and contacted Scott Hay at Kelly Ford. Scott called us right back and was very friendly and helpful. I wanted a few things changed with the car and Scott took care of it all right away. When we arrived to first see the car and pick it up Scott had everything all ready for us and was even polishing the car up front. It was much appreciated since we had driven 2.5 hours hours down. He made sure I was well prepped on how to use the new technology and made sure I left with all of his contact information. Overall very satisfied. More

Per my service visit on 3-13-13 I want to share my experience I had at Kelly Ford. I noticed my 2012 F-150 had a defective battery. I drove to Kelly Ford the next morning after vehicle was hard to sta experience I had at Kelly Ford. I noticed my 2012 F-150 had a defective battery. I drove to Kelly Ford the next morning after vehicle was hard to start and all lights were flashing with a ticking noise. Service Advisor Anthony D Trainer waited on me promptly. He was very courteous to me. I addressed the problem to him and he took down the information. I was completely satisfied with the overall experience I had on this visit. I requested a vehicle wash and he said no problem. Vehicle was very clean. He shook my hand when everything was completed. Before I left I stopped to see Mr Bobby Brown who is the Service/Parts Director at Kelly Ford. I expressed my gratitude on this and the past visits for service and oil changes. He was so very kind. I was told by another customer how Kelly ford goes above and beyond their call of duty to please customers. I can attest to this from my experiences I had. Service and Sales deserve to be five star rated and more than that if possible. When we went to Kelly Ford we did not have the intention to buy we just wanted to look around. Mr. Saslow offered to let us test drive the Ford Escape that we were looking at and his step-daughter went with to buy we just wanted to look around.
