I went in for a/c service. Originally, i was worried that this would be a very expensive service. But from the first time i made the appt. with Tiger i felt rest assured. While he offered other services that this would be a very expensive service. But from the first time i made the appt. with Tiger i felt rest assured. While he offered other services that i qualified for, i never felt pressured or that what he was offering was unnecessary. He even worked with me as my initial appt. had to be rescheduled and i was never kept waiting. A good price and experience overall. Would definitely recommend/use again More
On a whim I traded in my 95 Mustang 5.0 HP car for the 2006 Ford Fusion that I was drawn to on Kelly Fords Used Car Lot. I have not bought a car from a dealer in many years and having several car salesman in my family of past everyone thought I had lost my mind. Let me say this was the best decision I have ever made! Since the deal was a fast quick cash transaction I did not take the car to have it checked out like I usually do so you can imagine my dismay when the A/C would not cool down after a couple of weeks of use and the back passenger door lock froze up. Kelly Ford paired me and my Fusion with Tiger Trainer, Kelly Fords Asst. Service Manager. Not only did Tiger locate the problem and get my car fixed in a speedy manner he also took the time to make sure the car was detailed properly since it was not done the day I made the cash deal with sales. I picked up my car after Ford kindly shuttled me too and from and can truly state that I would recommend Tiger at Kelly Ford for any of your service needs. I did not buy a new car yet have received nothing less of excellent customer service from the initial purchase from sales to my service experience. During the extended warranty period on my Fusion it is extremely satisfying to know that I can count on Tiger to fix it right and with a smile including following up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied. I am a widow and for the first time in my life have no one that can fix my vehicle or give me advice when I need to repair my car. As a home health aid I rely on my car to carry my patients around town. IF YOU NEED SERVICE OR IF YOU ARE JUST FED UP WITH THE PERSON GIVING YOU THE RUN AROUND ABOUT YOUR USED CAR MY ADVICE IS TO " GIVE TIGER A CALL" ! This comment is based on being extremely impressed! You know, it doesn't need to be this difficult. Car dealers EARN their reputation, good and bad. Kelly Ford gave me the run around and wouldn't provide a CarFax report for the 2008 Nissan Versa fo dealers EARN their reputation, good and bad. Kelly Ford gave me the run around and wouldn't provide a CarFax report for the 2008 Nissan Versa for which I was prepared to pay window price for my daughter. They use AutoCheck which provides NO information about maintenance / mechanical issues. And they do a dance suggesting CarFax provide personally identifiable information as the basis for them not using it. Baloney! They lost a sale and a customer when I walked out. No one should buy a car without such information and I don't appreciate Kelly Ford witholding it and giving me the runaround. More
I was referred to Kelly Ford by one of my employees after a rather unpleasant experience at a nearby dealership. Wow, what a difference! I've been in sales management for most of my career and Phil Pettus is a rather unpleasant experience at a nearby dealership. Wow, what a difference! I've been in sales management for most of my career and Phil Pettus is exactly the kind of sales professional I would want in one of my stores! He went above and beyond in every single way and is personable, friendly, and an active listener. He went out of his way to bring the car I was interested in to my office to accommodate my busy schedule, answered every question honestly, and patiently walked me though the process. Once we settled on price, Phil walked me over to Carlos Arciniegas who helped me find financing and an extended warranty. Carlos was incredible to work with. Every other time I've bought a car, the finance manger has rushed me to sign paperwork, had a quick answer for everything, etc. Carlos was the exact opposite. He was patient, explained everything thoroughly, and was very friendly. In short, I had the best car buying experience of my life thanks to Phil, Carlos, and Kelly Ford. Thank you all! More
