He was informative, candid, honest, and responsive to my requests. I was so confident after talking with Tom I ended up purchasing the vehicle sight unseen. Drove the 2 hours to the dealer on Monday morning and the process was picked up by Scott. Like Tom, Scott was great to deal with. He took care of the details and answered any questions. Process continued with Carlos Arciniegas. Carlos knew I was short on time and pushed the process through. He was able to explain and handle everything in a few minutes. What a great dealer and team.
