I was on vacation in Melbourne, Florida, and my check engine light came on. Tiger Trainer came to my rescue. With no appointment, Tiger was able to get a technician to diagnose my car right away. You know, it doesn't need to be this difficult. Car dealers EARN their reputation, good and bad. Kelly Ford gave me the run around and wouldn't provide a CarFax report for the 2008 Nissan Versa fo dealers EARN their reputation, good and bad. Kelly Ford gave me the run around and wouldn't provide a CarFax report for the 2008 Nissan Versa for which I was prepared to pay window price for my daughter. They use AutoCheck which provides NO information about maintenance / mechanical issues. And they do a dance suggesting CarFax provide personally identifiable information as the basis for them not using it. Baloney! They lost a sale and a customer when I walked out. No one should buy a car without such information and I don't appreciate Kelly Ford witholding it and giving me the runaround. More
I was referred to Kelly Ford by one of my employees after a rather unpleasant experience at a nearby dealership. Wow, what a difference! I've been in sales management for most of my career and Phil Pettus is a rather unpleasant experience at a nearby dealership. Wow, what a difference! I've been in sales management for most of my career and Phil Pettus is exactly the kind of sales professional I would want in one of my stores! He went above and beyond in every single way and is personable, friendly, and an active listener. He went out of his way to bring the car I was interested in to my office to accommodate my busy schedule, answered every question honestly, and patiently walked me though the process. Once we settled on price, Phil walked me over to Carlos Arciniegas who helped me find financing and an extended warranty. Carlos was incredible to work with. Every other time I've bought a car, the finance manger has rushed me to sign paperwork, had a quick answer for everything, etc. Carlos was the exact opposite. He was patient, explained everything thoroughly, and was very friendly. In short, I had the best car buying experience of my life thanks to Phil, Carlos, and Kelly Ford. Thank you all! More

At around 10 AM on Wednesday morning, May 29th, I submitted a request to 3 dealers through Edmonds.com for a quote on a black Ford Fusion SEL with a V6 and beige leather. I was determined to buy a black Fusion with a V6 engine. At 10:25 my telephone rang and it was Ray Wynn. We talked for a few minutes and since it was pouring rain at the time, I made an appointment for 10 AM Thursday morning. It was another 45 minutes before I received another dealers call. Thursday morning I arrived at Kelly and was greeted a the door buy a young woman who took me to meet Ray Wynn. I told Ray I was interested in buying the black Fusion with the V6 and leather. We went out on the front lot and the car wasn't there. Ray asked if I had driven a Fusion and when I said no, he suggested I drive another Fusion while he had someone look for the black one. I drove a silver one with a 4 cylinder and liked it. The engine had more than enough power, the car felt good and I didn't even care that it wasn't black. When we got back from the test drive, Ray went to check on the black car, returned and told me it had been sold. I liked the silver car so much that I decided to buy it. The car only had 8,000 miles on it and the price was better than reasonable so there was no need to haggle over the price. Between Ray, and Tom in finance, they sold me the XZILON exterior paint protection treatment and an extended warranty. Tom did his job well and I felt comfortable dealing with him and Ray. The car has so many features that it would probably take a full day to be shown how to do everything, but Ray did explain the important stuff to me and he got my iphone to sync. He would have done more, but the car had just been detailed and I wanted to get home before it rained again. The entire car buying experience was a pleasurable one. Like I told Ray and Tom, "it was painless". I said painless because I'm 74 years old, have bought about 10 cars throughout my life, and it's the first time ever that I wasn't angry when I left then dealership. More
Tommy & Scott made my car purchase an extremely pleasant experience!!! They were fair and very helpful throughout my process. When I came to the Finance I waited for a bit.
