We purchased a 2001 Chrysler 300m - For more than $6000.00. After the third day the "malfunction indicator light" came on. I brought it into the dealership and they brought it in for a scan. After two hours the salesman Mike Casey went to check on the vehicle, several people walked around and were discussing the vehicle. Mike never came back to me he sent the service specialist to see me. He told me there is a EVAP leak and he does not know were it is, I would have to bring it to Chrysler. He told me to see the Sales Manager CLAYTON to see what could be done. Clayton with his well trained lines of lies tells me that the service rep told him it was minor and safe to drive the car. The car is for my 17 year old son with many medical issues. We though we were buying a reliable car from a reliable dealer. I am sure that CLAYTON would not let his son drive a car that was malfunctioning. He said it was 'AS IS' which is what they rely upon when they sell garbage. He said I could speak to the person at the next level, after waiting 20 minutes CLAYTON came out and said his boss said it was 'AS IS'. I will be sure to tell as many people I can that Kelly Ford is dishonest. I am sure they reset the indicator light before they sold the car. As they reset the light and told it was sold 'as is'. Of course Mike Casey the salesman was no were to be found, clayton the coward followed his line is BS but hopefully I can do whatever it takes to stop as many people as I can from buying from Kelly Ford. More
After a miscommunication, we wound up working with Scott Hay. Scott treated us like we wanted to be treated and made the experience a really good one. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process and very well versed on the 2013 Edge SE we purchased. He even helped us set up our cell phones with the SYNC system in the car. If anyone I know expresses a desire to look at a new Ford, I will definitely advise them to talk to Scott. I would like to mention the man that took care of our financial paperwork too, but I can't remember his name, not that he was forgettable, I'm just bad with remembering names, and we can't find his name on any of the paperwork he gave us. He was also very professional and courteous, and he too helped the experience to be a good one. More
I am so angry and disappointed that After making a deal and sending me home with the car I wanted they called and changed the payment. This day in age this is unacceptable. The fact that the first finance guy said he would not have made that deal if he owned the dealership because they didn't make money on the deal makes it suspicious. I guess they figured that out later and made changes. I gave the car back because I'm not paying more than what the deal was for. They of course say they couldn't the original financing agreed upon but I find that hard to believe. I have bought many new cars and never dealt with such incompetent finance people that they don't know what can get approved. I will not be tricked into paying more than agreed upon for any car no matter how much I love it. More

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the GREAT service provided by Mr. John Alligood. We shopped for a new f150 at SEVERAL Central Florida Ford dealerships, but none were as pleasant an experience service provided by Mr. John Alligood. We shopped for a new f150 at SEVERAL Central Florida Ford dealerships, but none were as pleasant an experience as dealing with John. He is knowledgeable, low-pressure and works his best to assist you in getting the absolute best deal. Even though we did not purchase the vehicle we originally intended to, John, and Kelly Ford, beat all other prices out the door and did it in a painless manner. I will still consider Kelly Ford for my future vehicle purchases and will certainly ask for John Alligood! Its easy to see how their dealership has the deller ratings it does. More
