Everyone was very nice and eager to help. Ray was very honest and patient with all of my questions and helped us a misunderstanding. Overall going to Kelly Ford was the best experience of shopping at a car dealership that I have ever had. I am a young customer ( in my early twenties) and for my new car future purchases I will gladly come back because the customer service was amazing. I would recommend them to family and friends because Kelly Ford is an outstanding dealership and everyone should have a wonderful experience like I did. When I was searching for a truck, a Toyota Tacoma specifically, Scotty Page was very helpful and informative. When I expressed my serious interest, he arranged to have the vehicle brought to me at my convenience for a test drive: this was all extremely accommodating and his willingness to go above and beyond played an enormous part in my choice to purchase from Kelly Ford over your competitors. Scotty Page made the entire car buying process as painless as possible, and his assistance at every step was much appreciated. My only contact with Carlos Arciniegas was to deal with financing the vehicle. He was helpful, courteous, and answered all questions knowledgeably. More
I went to Kelly Ford to get my oil changed on my F150 and Tiger Trainer was the advisor that helped me. He opened my door for me and greeted me. He recommended since I was there I should go ahead and take care of them to properly maintain my truck so I told him to go ahead and take care of them for me. He was very refreshing to do business with. He added his sense of humor which made things a lot more casual. The price wasn't too terribly bad. Everything was clean. Especially the restrooms. The overall experience was great. I look forward to hopefully having the same experience on my next visit. More

I was traveling from NC and found a bolt stuck in my tire i pulled into your dealership and Tiger took care of me freindly guy shook my hand looked me in the eyes. I went in for a/c service. Originally, i was worried that this would be a very expensive service. But from the first time i made the appt. with Tiger i felt rest assured. While he offered other services that this would be a very expensive service. But from the first time i made the appt. with Tiger i felt rest assured. While he offered other services that i qualified for, i never felt pressured or that what he was offering was unnecessary. He even worked with me as my initial appt. had to be rescheduled and i was never kept waiting. A good price and experience overall. Would definitely recommend/use again More
On a whim I traded in my 95 Mustang 5.0 HP car for the 2006 Ford Fusion that I was drawn to on Kelly Fords Used Car Lot. I have not bought a car from a dealer in many years and having several car salesman in my family of past everyone thought I had lost my mind. Let me say this was the best decision I have ever made! Since the deal was a fast quick cash transaction I did not take the car to have it checked out like I usually do so you can imagine my dismay when the A/C would not cool down after a couple of weeks of use and the back passenger door lock froze up. Kelly Ford paired me and my Fusion with Tiger Trainer, Kelly Fords Asst. Service Manager. Not only did Tiger locate the problem and get my car fixed in a speedy manner he also took the time to make sure the car was detailed properly since it was not done the day I made the cash deal with sales. I picked up my car after Ford kindly shuttled me too and from and can truly state that I would recommend Tiger at Kelly Ford for any of your service needs. I did not buy a new car yet have received nothing less of excellent customer service from the initial purchase from sales to my service experience. During the extended warranty period on my Fusion it is extremely satisfying to know that I can count on Tiger to fix it right and with a smile including following up with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied. I am a widow and for the first time in my life have no one that can fix my vehicle or give me advice when I need to repair my car. As a home health aid I rely on my car to carry my patients around town. IF YOU NEED SERVICE OR IF YOU ARE JUST FED UP WITH THE PERSON GIVING YOU THE RUN AROUND ABOUT YOUR USED CAR MY ADVICE IS TO " GIVE TIGER A CALL" ! This comment is based on being extremely impressed!
