After a miscommunication, we wound up working with Scott Hay. Scott treated us like we wanted to be treated and made the experience a really good one. If anyone I know expresses a desire to look at a new Ford, I will definitely advise them to talk to Scott. I would like to mention the man that took care of our financial paperwork too, but I can't remember his name, not that he was forgettable, I'm just bad with remembering names, and we can't find his name on any of the paperwork he gave us. He was also very professional and courteous, and he too helped the experience to be a good one. More

I am so angry and disappointed that After making a deal and sending me home with the car I wanted they called and changed the payment. This day in age this is unacceptable. The fact that the first finance guy said he would not have made that deal if he owned the dealership because they didn't make money on the deal makes it suspicious. I guess they figured that out later and made changes. I gave the car back because I'm not paying more than what the deal was for. They of course say they couldn't the original financing agreed upon but I find that hard to believe. I have bought many new cars and never dealt with such incompetent finance people that they don't know what can get approved. I will not be tricked into paying more than agreed upon for any car no matter how much I love it. More

He is knowledgeable, low-pressure and works his best to assist you in getting the absolute best deal. Even though we did not purchase the vehicle we originally intended to, John, and Kelly Ford, beat all other prices out the door and did it in a painless manner. I will still consider Kelly Ford for my future vehicle purchases and will certainly ask for John Alligood! Its easy to see how their dealership has the deller ratings it does. More
My experience with Kelly ford so far has been great. Due to needing a bigger car for a growing family I was in the market for a new car. He was helpful and answered all of my questions, he even tried to look for a way to affix a front vanity plate that did not fit the front of the car after I had bought it. There was little to no pressure to buy their cars. For finance I dealt with Tommy Emery who was knowledgeable and had me sold on the Ford gas n go. Overall I am happy with my new car and the experience of buying it. I hope they are as helpful when I come in for maintenance as they were when I was there to buy a car. More

Phil was very friendly both in person and via text and very helpful. There wasn't the stereotypical push or haggle that I really hate when buying a car. On june 8th i went to kelly ford to buy a used car. I worked with two salesmen, vinny amore and casey tucker. I bought a 2004 saturn vue they gave me a decent price so i put 3500 dollars down and took th worked with two salesmen, vinny amore and casey tucker. I bought a 2004 saturn vue they gave me a decent price so i put 3500 dollars down and took the car home. After i drove the car home the nightmare began with the car and KELLY FORD. On june 10th I took the saturn to have it safety checked I also asked the mechanic why the oil light stayed on for 35 seconds after the car was started. The results of the inspection were. 1 THE AIR CONDITION COMPRESSOR WAS FULL OF RED DYE WHICH SAID THE COMPRESSOR WAS LEAKING FREON. 2 THE AIR CABIN FILTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED IT WAS VERY DIRTY. 3 THE OIL LIGHT SHOULD NOT STAY ON THAT LONG DIAG. UNKNOWN 4 LISCENSE PLATE BULB WAS NOT WORKING. THE COST OF REPAIRS WAS $1281.54 Same day took car to another repair shop shop for 2nd opinion. The results of the inspection. 1 THE COMPRESSOR WAS FULL OF DYE AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE IT WAS LEAKING. BUT IT WAS STILL BLOWING COLD AIR. THE COST OF REPAIR WAS $1154.28 Same day i noticed that there was a grinding noise from front of car when it shifted gears, I did not know where the noise was coming from but it didnt sound right. On june 11th took car to transmission shop, they drove it and said it was probably in the transmission or a bearing going bad. Took the car to another repair shop for 2nd opinion, they did not know where the noise was comming from but if i were you i would not drive the car. On june 13th took car to another shop and they drove the car and said it sounded like the transmission. On june 14th had to take paper in from the veterans admin. for my liscense plates, i told casey tucker about the problems and showed him the estimates for the air cond. and the noise from the trransmission. He told me that we stand behind our cars and well take care of it. Casey asked me if i could bring the car in to have the problems looked at. I told him i had doctor appts on the 17th and 19th, so he said he made an appt. to bring the car in on the 20th at 1 pm so i agreed. On june 17th on the way to viera i tried the cruise control, it did not work. On the 20th of june i took the car in with the list of things that were wrong with the car, Casey drove me home in the saturn and he heard the noise from the front of the car, and took the car to be looked at by the dealer mechanics. On the 21st of june he called me at 1030 in the morning to return the car. NOTHING WAS FIXED ON THE CAR BUT SAID HE HAD THE AIR CONDITIONER RECHARGED, AND PARTS WERE HARD TO FIND BECAUSE THEY DIDNT MAKE THE CAR ANYMOE. The list that i gave to casey tucker on things that needed to be fixed. 1 cruise control did not work 2 air conditioner was leaking had dye all over the compressor 3 when turn blinkers were on and the whell was turned it made alot of clicking sounds 4 noise from front of car when it shifted gears. 5 when car was started engine light stayed on for 30 to 35 seconds. 6 air cabin filter needs to be replaced. The written response that was on the list that i gave casey tucker were. 1 cruise control undiagnosed 2 a/c was rebuilt 3 they all squeek 4 unknown 5 normal 6 take it to chevy June 23rd to another shop about the noise from the front drive train they drove it and put the car on the rack to try to find out wher the noise was comming from, could not pin point the noise. Made numerous calls to glen woods and jim ahlquist about how many things wre wrong with car. jim called me on 24th and told me that he thinks i am not happy with the saturn and maybe he could get me into a better car. glen woods called me the same day and asked me to bring the car in to the service dept. and talk to bobby brown personally about the problems i had on the saturn, took the car in and talked to bobby brown about the problems. two days later jim called me back and told me to come in to the dealer and they would get me another car,they would use the saturn as a trade in. i looked at a 2005 honda crv and they said they would give me a good deal on it. i lost $1800.00 on a trade for the saturn out of the $3500.00 i origanally put down. kelly ford took me to the cleaners on this whole situation. i am very angry and that a certified dealer would do this to a 64 year old senior with a disability and a vietnam veteran. I cannot afford to lose this amt of money to this ford dealer and be treated the way i was. I do not recomend this dealer to anybody. More
