The excessive negative equity was addressed last Saturday (that's why we needed a 13 for the rebates.)as was the credit and everything else and when we left we specifically said is this a done deal? We were told we would not let you take the car home unless we were confident that it was a done deal. So do not say we were told it was going to be a problem because that is a lie. We were also there for hours and one of the reasons was they got approval from Ford (another lie). we were very up front about what we had and what we wanted. We agreed to a little more because I saw no point in arguing over a few dollars. It seems strange that a week later suddenly it was back where you started in the first place. and if you thought Just because I drove the car for a week I would alter from what I wanted that was bad guessing on your part because I don't think a car is going to stop my rational thought process ever in my life. That may work for you guys with other customers as it is a known practice but my dad raised me smarter than that. My husbands credit is fine that is why he just bought a new BMW even the people we talked to Saturday said it was fine. Stop acting like it is terrible. Mine is because of my ex-husband not paying bills he is court ordered to pay which is why I didn't want to be on the loan and we also told you that from the beginning. The only people not up front was all of you. I found the person who took the car back to be rude. A little compassion even from a car salesman would go along way for how one feels about your dealership. I needed the keys for the trunk to get my stuff which my husband already gave him and he acted like I was asking for his first born child. I will never step foot in your dealership again and I will make sure everyone I know knows why I don't still have the car. Because good old handshakes and the truth went out years ago in the car sales business. Like I said I have bought many cars and never have I seen such crap. Everything you wrote as your response was crap because it was approved with no money down but a higher payment so get your facts straight before you answer next time. It is not the end of the world for me I just want you to know and everyone else to know how I felt about the run around from your place of business.
