I went in not exactly sure of my options but knowing that I really loved the mustang line. Mike and Tommy worked very hard to make sure I was taken care of and to find the best option and best rate/payment t I really loved the mustang line. Everyone was very friendly, just disappointed the card game was not working, even though I have terrible luck it would have been fun to try it out. My husband is a Ford Man. I went to Kelly Ford in Melbourne because we have purchased 3 other cars since April of 2009. We have been happy every time! I had specifically asked for Rob Saslow because he is always extremely friendly and helpful. This transaction took only two visits and it took two because my husband was not with me the first visit. I was shown everything I wanted to see and all of my questions were answered. Everything was demonstrated that I asked about. Information was very forthcoming from both Bryan Childress and Rob Saslow. Rob gave me the literature I needed and all the numbers were very spelled out with the help of Sal Amore, general manager. I went home with everything I needed to explain to my husband. I had the next appointment set up that accommodated my husband's schedule. Two days later, everything was discussed, my husbands questions were all answered by Rob and Sal. We did not feel rushed or pressured and we were able to take the 2012 Focus home to fit it in our already tight garage with the Transit Connect we purchased several months earlier. Because Rob explained the warranty in detail with us, we felt we had good coverage on the low mileage Focus. We felt that because Rob followed up on the detailing of the car, that when we picked it up 2 days later at our convenience, that we got a squeaky clean vehicle.
