My husband and I went to go look at the new Edges as I was looking to trade I my 2007 for a new one. I went in only having three items I wanted in a new Edge (leather seats, panoramic roof, and BLUE). We was looking to trade I my 2007 for a new one. We had just bought a vehicle from them in July so that was the first and really only place we wanted to go as we had purchased our last 2 vehicles there. We looked on the lot and didn't see the ones we liked that we saw online. We went inside and found Brian Childress to help us. He brought us to the back lot once he knew what I was looking for. He showed me the two that I saw online that I liked, but my heart had already been set on one. We took it for a test drive and I was hooked. He didn't waste my time showing me ones that I wouldn't like which a lot of salespeople do. This was the car I wanted. The " negotiations" wasn't a joke as it is at all other dealerships, they really are upfront and honest. I got my car at an awesome price with help from Sal Amore who had also helped us in the past. Every single person that we came in contact with were amazing. Carlos helped us finish up with financing. Brian even spent a bunch of time giving us a "tutorial" on how to use all the new features on my car. Brian also called this morning just to check up and make sure I was happy and loved my car. I am a retail store manager and can totally appreciate outstanding customer service and that is what they provided to me! If anyone is in search of a new car, they should completely consider Kelly Ford and Brian as their first stop! Ford better keep making awesome products because I don't want to go anywhere else to purchase my cars! More
