There was no rush with Rodney he told my mom to take her time and he would pull any car up to the front of the store for her to see. This was a great car buying experience. I went to the dealership not expecting much, but I was surprised. The salesman, Mr. Casey, spoke with me about what I was looking for, made some suggestions, and dealership not expecting much, but I was surprised. Mr. Casey worked with the management and we were able to make a deal. I went off to do the paperwork and Mr. Casey prepped the car. Now the best part of the experience. After I had signed all the paperwork, I was sitting in my new car with Mr. Casey assisting me in setting up Sync service and showing me the basics of the electronic gizmos, the financial manager came out and offed to redo the deal. He had discovered that I qualified for a customer loyalty discount (this is my sixth car with Kelly Ford) and offered to redo the deal. Back we went into the office, we tore up the old contracts and I saved an additional $1,800.00 on the overall cost of the car. This is defiantly my best car buying experience ever. I recommend Kelly Ford and their team. More
