I started my search on the internet. I checked out many dealer's websites on my quest to find a used car. I had a specific price range and a type of car in mind. I found the prices on the Kelly Ford site to be very competitive. I found a car that I liked and immediately called to see if the car was available to test drive. Greg works in internet sales and was very helpful. He even walked out to the lot to make sure the car was still there before I drove down. I came down a few hours later and he immediately greeted me and took me out to the car. For various reasons I did not like the car that I saw on the internet. Greg was so patient and showed me many options based on what I was looking for. He ended up showing me the perfect car. I test drove 2 cars and test drove my car again before I signed the papers. He never acted impatient or rushed me. He answered my million questions and even helped me clean out my old car. Greg and Charlie worked hard to get me to my price range and to get my financing approved. The next day, my front headlight blew out and I spoke to Charlie and he told me they would fix it without any problem. I met Greg the next day and he had the problem fixed and even when I picked up the car he even took the time to go over a few more features of my car. After very little negotiations we arrived at a comfortable payment and closed the deal. I have purchased over 15 new vehicles in my life so far. My experience with Mike Casey on this my 16th purchase has been the best most comfortable positive car buying experience ever. When the new Mustangs get in, he will be getting a visit from me again.
