After taking my car in for service at another dealership, and being told twice that nothing was wrong with my vehicle, I contacted Kelly Ford in Melbourne, FL. Tiger, in their service dept., actually listen and being told twice that nothing was wrong with my vehicle, I contacted Kelly Ford in Melbourne, FL. Tiger, in their service dept., actually listened to the issues I was having with my 2011 vehicle and it was left for service. I felt the "other" service dept. was only trying to sell me an extended warranty as mine was about to expire. I was treated totally the opposite at Kelly Ford. I was heard and I was shown respect. My vehicle had to have major repair work done on it, a two week job, but at no point was I left out of the loop of it's progress. Tiger and staff kept in contact with me and explained everything that was being done throughout the two weeks. Tiger even worked it out so that I was put into a rental for the entire time I was without my vehicle. I am very happy with Kelly Ford and their service dept., and especially happy with the attitude Tiger has towards his work and with his customers. I've had a great experience with Kelly Ford and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, for anything; a new car, service, etc. Thanks Kelly Ford Service Dept., I feel as if I am driving a brand new vehicle again! Frank spent extra time making sure my needs were met, contacted me after the sale, and e-mailed me as well, just to make sure I knew he wasn't just about the sale.
