I was Chevy guy for many years and after speaking to Frank he convinced me there was more to the GT than meets the eye. Frank truly sold me on this vehicle and even after the sale he is extremely helpful. A wonderful experience I was looking for an easier to deal with car since the Toyota Sienna I have (even as I am a fan of Siennas and had three of them ) has not automatic d I was looking for an easier to deal with car since the Toyota Sienna I have (even as I am a fan of Siennas and had three of them ) has not automatic doors and my arthritis is getting worst and makes dificult for me to deal with it. At the dealership I met Greg Kroupa, who pulled a 2014 Ford Escape which was perfect: right size, beautiful inside and outside colors, easy to get in and out and even a back up camera. If the car was perfect, Greg's attention was not less. He new immediately what was a good choice for me and he brought it to me. He was not only interested in selling a car and earning a commision, but in filling the customer needs, something you don't find in every car sales consultant. As I told him, we bought several cars at Kelly Ford and Toyota and Kelly Ford has always given us a much better service than the other dealership. In fact, after dealing with Greg, I will never go back to Toyota. More

John Henson was excellent it getting my needs handled. I did have a problem with an option on the car that was not functioning. I did receive some resistance from just about everyone regarding the option (Navigation package with the SYNC system) While it was clearly written on the vehicles sticker, and verified by Ford customer service, they kept telling me that it wasn't included with that car. Well, you cant get that particular car with its included options package without navigation. Its impossible. Not to mention the $2200.00 option group that was paid for. They said it only includes SYNC services..which is useless, and free...not $2200.00. After three days of doing the leg work for them, and after much ado, it magically works now. Seems that whoever did the last SYNC software update, did not include the navigation portion. The matter was handled by a technician a Kelly Ford who was familiar with it. All in all, I will still return to Kelly Ford. This is my 5th vehicle purchased from them in a 10 year period. I have always been happy with what I paid for. I have tried Palm Bay Ford, but they don't seem interested in selling you what you actually want. More

My husband, son, and me went into Kelly Ford to see if we could qualify for a used Fusion. Since I have a disability in my right hand I had to find something that I could shift gears with easily. My husband could qualify for a used Fusion. Since I have a disability in my right hand I had to find something that I could shift gears with easily. My husband is disabled as well. Phil tried to get us qualified for a Certified Pre-Owned Fusion but due to the negative equity in our van it couldn't be done. Not known to me he was checking to see if a brand new Fusion would work since the rebates would help. A little while later Phil pulled up in a brand new Fusion and told us that we are qualified on the new car. What an emotional surprise to us. We knew that the payment would go up but it was within reason and it worked out great. My son also wanted a new Mustang. Once again Phil was able to find the right car for my son and he finally got a new Mustang that he had always dreamed of. This was the best car buying experience we have had as Phil was in tune with us every step of the way. He wasn't pushy and was very patient with all of us. My husband is diabetic and Phil went and made sure he had a snack to see him through. Carlos in the business office was terrific. He was very patient and made sure we understood the paperwork for the new Fusion and for my son's new Mustang. I highly recommend Kelly Ford. Phil, Carlos, and the management was terrific. New Truck upgrade Well I went into Kelly Ford to get an oil service fo my F150. And I noticed a something on the dash of my truck so I read it and talking about swappin Well I went into Kelly Ford to get an oil service fo my F150. And I noticed a something on the dash of my truck so I read it and talking about swapping in my truck for upgrade or same model but more features. So I was kindy interested in it so I call the number and a saleman name Tony Wagner answered. So we talked and I decide to come in and check it out to see what was the deal about the swap. So after talk to Tony, I really did not want to turn in my truck I liked it, but after looking at other truck that Tony was showing me and talking to me about it, so I said ok let look at the pricing and what can you do for me for an upgrade so Tony work hard to sell me the truck, because the first offer I could not do. So he was persistance to make me a deal so I told I be back. So I gave Tony another shot to sell me, so he did and he got to what I was looking for and I'm happy with what bought and for the extra help of getting my screen into my new Truck so all is well!! Maybe one day I will be in to buy another truck or car, and I will tell my friend about Kelly Ford and Tony. Keith H. More

The adventure of getting my mom a car...Cassandra was recommended by my cousin Tom Santangelo (NJ Sales Rep who use to work at Palm Bay Ford with Cassandra). Mom spent time with Cassandra answering quest recommended by my cousin Tom Santangelo (NJ Sales Rep who use to work at Palm Bay Ford with Cassandra). Mom spent time with Cassandra answering questions while Cassandra tried to figure out what my mom was looking for - not an easy job!!! She was very patient and knowledgeable about the cars. Mom called me and we went to look at the Ford Escape which seemed to be the car that would meet her needs. We test drove other cars at other dealerships but mom kept wanting to go back to Cassandra. When we finally made it back, a few weeks later, Cassandra was busy so we met Frank and worked with him. He listened to our needs and we tried a couple other cars but still were not ready to make a final decision. There was no high pressure sales pitch, no hiding of information/prices - he was wonderful the way he treated both of us - he just wanted mom happy in what ever she decided to purchase. Again a couple weeks went by and back to Kelly Ford we went to test drive the Escape one more time before making a final decision. Cassandra met us with a smile and a "Welcome back Aunt Jean, it's good to see you again" I told her we were there to test drive the Escape one last time before making a decision but I had finally found out what mom really wanted was a small truck...I shared this with Cassandra and she asked if we would consider used - our reply was sure if it meets mom's needs. Cassandra got the keys to a used Ranger that had just come in and off we went for a test drive -- well actually it was the test drive that never ended...We bought it and drove it home that night.... Sal was wonderful to deal with for the final price and Cassandra and Frank both stayed late to make sure we got through all the paperwork and the entire transaction was finished - It was such a breath of fresh air to be treated so professionally and like family - I guess we are now Kelly Ford family.... Thanks everyone for such a wonderful experience and for making mom happy!!! More
