He ensured we were aware of all the options in our price range and vehicle needs. As long as Ford produces quality, affordable vehicles, and Kelly Ford employs people like Phil Pettus -They will be my first choice in purchasing vehicles. I never felt uncomfortable or uneasy during the whole car buying experience - simple, honest, and hassle free. Kudos, Norman Edwards More
The adventure of getting my mom a car...Cassandra was recommended by my cousin Tom Santangelo (NJ Sales Rep who use to work at Palm Bay Ford with Cassandra). Mom spent time with Cassandra answering quest recommended by my cousin Tom Santangelo (NJ Sales Rep who use to work at Palm Bay Ford with Cassandra). Mom spent time with Cassandra answering questions while Cassandra tried to figure out what my mom was looking for - not an easy job!!! She was very patient and knowledgeable about the cars. Mom called me and we went to look at the Ford Escape which seemed to be the car that would meet her needs. We test drove other cars at other dealerships but mom kept wanting to go back to Cassandra. When we finally made it back, a few weeks later, Cassandra was busy so we met Frank and worked with him. He listened to our needs and we tried a couple other cars but still were not ready to make a final decision. There was no high pressure sales pitch, no hiding of information/prices - he was wonderful the way he treated both of us - he just wanted mom happy in what ever she decided to purchase. Again a couple weeks went by and back to Kelly Ford we went to test drive the Escape one more time before making a final decision. Cassandra met us with a smile and a "Welcome back Aunt Jean, it's good to see you again" I told her we were there to test drive the Escape one last time before making a decision but I had finally found out what mom really wanted was a small truck...I shared this with Cassandra and she asked if we would consider used - our reply was sure if it meets mom's needs. Cassandra got the keys to a used Ranger that had just come in and off we went for a test drive -- well actually it was the test drive that never ended...We bought it and drove it home that night.... Sal was wonderful to deal with for the final price and Cassandra and Frank both stayed late to make sure we got through all the paperwork and the entire transaction was finished - It was such a breath of fresh air to be treated so professionally and like family - I guess we are now Kelly Ford family.... Thanks everyone for such a wonderful experience and for making mom happy!!! More

I have purchased about 9vehicles thru Kelly Ford. The experience is always above and beyond what you would ever expect; from the moment you pull in to the drive out. Every person there is polite, respect experience is always above and beyond what you would ever expect; from the moment you pull in to the drive out. Every person there is polite, respectful and totally eager to please. Working with Mike Casey was wonderful as I was abit sad about parting with my Ford Mustang!! He was sensitive to that and was with me the total process until I drove away. Even went the extra mile on his day off to look for 2 items in my old vehicle I had forgotten! I will recommend Mike to others I know as his 12 years with the company is a real plus! More companies need a lesson from Kelly Ford; it's all about customer service and I rate them A+++++++. More

We visited Kelly Ford after seeing an ad on line advertising a "One Owner" 2012 Toyota Tundra Crew Max for sale. Our first visit was on a Sunday afternoon, where we took a test drive and briefly re advertising a "One Owner" 2012 Toyota Tundra Crew Max for sale. Our first visit was on a Sunday afternoon, where we took a test drive and briefly reviewed the vehicle. We were told about the thorough inspection that had been done on the vehicle and the120 point or so safety inspection that was done. We returned the next day on Monday to take a closer look at the vehicle and get more information about the vehicles history and another test drive. During the second visit we asked to see a carfax report on the vehicle; however, no one was able to provide us one because the person with that information was not available, but we were given another vehicle report shown to us only on a sales person's cell phone. It was pointed out to us that the vehicle was a one owner vehicle with no major recalls or damages, but upon reviewing the report we noticed a note about a "accident report to lien holder." When we questioned the accident report, Charlie assured us that the previous owner was only in a very minor fender bender which damaged the rear bumper and this damage was pointed out to us, we questioned the damage again and once again Charlie assured us that "he" took the vehicle in on trade and "he" would never take a vehicle in on trade that was in an accident! There was some minor other issues with the vehicle that we pointed out like a missing spare tire, third brake light was not attached to the cab, etc. which if the full detailed inspection was done why were these things missed? This should have been our first clue as to this dealerships lack of detail, but they said they would fix if we bought the vehicle and if for some reason small things like that was found after the purchase they would take care it. During the second test drive, it was discovered that the vehicle was covered under an extended warranty that could be transferred to the second owner which made us feel better about warranty and mechanical issues. We were also told that the vehicle was still under factory power train warranty as well. After the second test drive, we decided to purchase the vehicle with the one owner, extended warranty, and factory warranty in mind. After spending more than four hours at the dealership trying to negotiate the price and final paperwork, we drove the vehicle home over to return the next day to finish the paperwork. When we got home with the vehicle as anyone would do, we gave it a once over and decided to check all the fluids only to find that the oil dipstick barely showed any oil in the engine, we immediately called Clayton to advise of this issue and our concern for driving the vehicle the 60 plus miles home and driving it back the next day, and the two hard test drives! Clayton was a little argumentative and stated that there was no way that their mechanics did not put the right amount of oil in the vehicle as they are ASE certified, and actually told us that you had to check the oil when the engine was cold????? We offered to put oil in it to drive it back but again was told we just wasn't checking it right and it would be okay. So just to humor the dealership, we waited until the next morning before starting the vehicle to check the oil level again, of course it showed the same level as the night before, barely touching the dipstick. We returned to the dealership to complete the deal where we once again mentioned the oil issue and they agreed to do another oil change just to be safe. After signing the sales paperwork and the vehicle was ours so to speak, we asked about contacting the previous owner to transfer the extended warranty; that's when we found out that it WAS NOT a one owner vehicle as advertised and as sold to us (because the previous owner advised that they had transferred the warranty from a previous owner too), so by now we are starting to get upset to say the least. While waiting for the second oil change, the actual mechanic came to us and admitted that he did in fact make a mistake and didn't bother to check the oil after starting the vehicle up to make sure the oil level was correct; at least he admitted it. It gets better- now the second oil change has been done and when we asked what type was used we found out that they put 5w 20 in instead of the recommended 0w 20 listed on the oil cap, now they have to call the Toyota dealer down the road to ask if this was okay! During this time the previous owner was kind enough to drop off the spare tire and other paperwork belonging to the vehicle; however, upon reviewing this paperwork we discovered that the vehicle was actually in more than a fender bender as Charlie assured us (well I guess we can now say lied to us about) and sustained over $1200 in damage to the rear quarter panel. We also discovered by the paperwork that the vehicle could not be aligned due to after market leveling kit; by now we had already signed all the final paperwork and the vehicle was ours, and we were totally being ignored. Cowardly Clayton continued to walk by us time and time again making sure not to look our way so he wouldn't havge to answer any questions! When we asked to speak to someone above the sales person (general manager) to discuss this issues and what was going to be done about everything, we again was left waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes again being totally ignored (well except for Casey who was the only one that seemed to even care) to the point that we got up and went outside to the vehicle where we sat for another 15 minutes; by this time it was clear that the GM had no intentions on ever come out to talk to us so we left. To this day, over two weeks later, the GM has never bothered to call us to respond to our request to speak with him! Because of Kelly Ford's inability to service their vehicles right, falsely advertising a vehicles history, we ultimately had no choice but to purchase another extended warranty just to have a peace of mind that the lack of oil in the motor wouldn't have any future effect on the vehicle. Now we have a vehicle that has an owners history of more than two, a vehicle that has a history of damage, all of which effects the value of the vehicle from what was advertised and was purchased under false blue book values during the deal!!! Oh, and another thing, after all of this they were unable to find the second key fob and gave us one from another Toyota vehicle they took in trade, just to send us down the road to have it program; this cost us $60 to get done! Subsequently we took the vehicle to a Toyota dealer only to find out that the rear main seal was leaking, so much for Kelly Ford's thorough inspection; thank god we had the foresight to get the extended warranty! I would never recommend this dealer to anyone that is looking to buy a used vehicle- they totally need to stick to selling only new "fords" as it is obvious they are inapt to service or deal in any other make or model.
