great service and Rob is teriffic just stopped in to look at a ford focus we were interested in and they had exactly want we wanted on the show room floor marked $6000 off and we were just stopped in to look at a ford focus we were interested in and they had exactly want we wanted on the show room floor marked $6000 off and we were told 1.9% financing after my credit was checked Rob was easy to work with and we felt we were getting a good deal. however later in reviewing the paper work I don't see that we ever got $6000 off at best it was $4000 plus the usual dealer mark ups. Ford credit because of a 6 and one half year old foreclosure with no outstanding balance would not give 1.9% financing with out additional down payment so I had to take a slightly higher interest rate. over all I would rate Kelly Ford high due to customer service More
