He was patient and answered all my questions, taking a lot of the anxiety out of the experience of such an important financial decision. Also, Christian in the finance department was very personable and helpful. The sales manager also went the extra mile to earn our business and I did not meet a single person who was not friendly. This is the FIRST CAR DEALER I have been to that I have NOT felt like I have been messed with, had NOT had sales AND Management talk out of both sides of their mouths, just to get me to do a deal, and then hear "well we didn't say that" or "we can't do that". Rick West was very patient with me as was Carlos Arciniegas. I REALLY like Charlie Algieri-McCarthy's no nonsense and can do attitude, makes you want to come back and do business and also refer people to Kelly Ford. When I had to bring my truck in for service this morning, Carlos handed me over to Judy in the service dept. who somehow got a fast response from Enterprise for a rental. Judy then called me about 2 hours later and told me how long my truck was going to be gone, and she was very apologetic that they would have to keep it overnight. My previous experience with dealers was "well your vehicle is broke, we have to keep it, and the rental car places are in the phone book". GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!! More

I REALLY like his no nonsense/can do attitude, his personality fits mine very well. Charlie has the "what's the problem, how do we fix it and when", demeanor, I can relate to that very well. My experience at Kelly Ford was really good and I will not hesitate to refer my friends to Kelly Ford. I also want to thank Judy for getting a rental for me while my truck is being worked on. She also called me about 2hrs later very apologetic, and said they'd have to keep my truck overnight and for most of the next day. Keep up the good work. More

The Sherif saved the day!!!! I first saw the 2007 Acura MDX on car guru.com. I then decided to take matters into my own hands and called Kelly Ford and spoke to an operator that was kind enough to transfer me to the next available salesman and the gentleman who answered the phone was Sherif and he not only answered all my questions but also set up an appointment with me since I live in Tampa for that very afternoon. After hanging up, my phone rand again and this time it was John from Kelly Ford, returning my initial call. I told him that I had already spoken with Sherif and that we had an appointment scheduled at 4pm. To which he replied: "oh, when you come down, simply ask for him and he'll take good care of you." Upon arriving my family and I were impressed by the service and the warm welcome we received from Sherif. Needless to say, we purchased the car and we love it. We are forever grateful for the tremendous an excellent service received from Sherif. Not only was helpful, he was both knowledgeable and delightful to deal with. No one has ever given me a gift back full of goodies after purchasing a car, but Sherif. Not only that, he also gave us an handwritten card thanking us for our business, he emailed us the next day and called to make sure we got home safe and followed up with us on the repair of the 3 rd row seat! Who does that anymore these days??! You are the BEST Sherif!!!! More

Service Center I would NOT recommend this dealership at all. We had diagnostic service done on our FordF150 since it was running a little rough, and as it turns out I would NOT recommend this dealership at all. We had diagnostic service done on our FordF150 since it was running a little rough, and as it turns out new parts that were just replaced were taken out by a mechanic here while diagnosing why the truck was running rough. They removed new parts and put in old ones and since they were just put in we still had the receipts. We will be seeing legal action if they do not remedy this situation. The staff was also very unprofessional. Lori was our service manager and she was not knowledgable in the field at all. Poor, Poor, SERVICE! More

Charlie Algieri the General Manager Does It Again! I have purchased vehicles from Charlie at Kelly Ford and other dealerships that he has worked at for over 20 years! The fact that I go where he goes is a testament to his willingness to make a deal work and make both parties walk away from the table happy. This time he got me into a limited edition Explorer for around the price of a base model. Thanks Charlie! He also hooked me up with two great sales people Philip Pettus and Frank Saladino. They primarily manage the internet sales department but were more than willing to help me with the buying decision and talk about customer service! I had a 6 year old, 9 year old and 11 year old with me and Frank made them feel like kings and queens of the show room floor ( My daughter is still talking about how you turned the Broncos game off so she could watch Sponge Bob while we worked the deal. ) Thanks again guys!
