2014 Transit Connect We took a little bit of a long road to get to this point with my new Transit Connect. Through no fault of Paul Cotton or Mike Casey it took my Transit We took a little bit of a long road to get to this point with my new Transit Connect. Through no fault of Paul Cotton or Mike Casey it took my Transit 6 mos. to get here. What made me not complain was the fact that Mike Casey and Paul cotton working his keyboard kept in constant contact with me throughout the wait with humor such as "what the xxxx...is it coming by boat?", well yes it was. Paul checked on it almost daily and Mike would keep me informed. When I saw online from Spain that the factory was backed up with orders I understood a little better why it took so long. Mike Casey did everything he could to keep me happy ecept lunch. So it was a nice expierence to deal with Mike Casey as my salesman and Paul Cotton on keyboards. I have had my new Transit about four days now and the only thing I'm not to crazy about is having to stand around and tell people about it when I could be out riding it. Without being asked he immediately pushed my concerns up to Tommy McGee the next morning who also made a very quick and professional effort explain things and get me the car best possible offer on the car I was interested in. It was this level of follow up and an obvious effort to get me an excellent price that ensured I went to the dealership and test drove the car. Again Greg and Tommy were great!
