However, while my husband was diligently searching the internet for Ford deals, kept returning to the Kelly Ford website because of the great deals. We headed down from Cocoa to go check them out. Phil Pettus was our salesperson who never even skipped a beat when we arrived and informed him we wanted to look at used Fusions rather than the brand new Escapes that he had spoken about with my husband on the phone. I found a great 2 year old Fusion at a price I was pleased with and the process was very seamless. I love my car that is in brand new condition!! The business end of the deal with Christina Dukes was pleasant, also. More

I believe they have violated my rights as a Florida consumer according to Florida Statutes Chapter 501, Part II, Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practice, F.S. 501.201-501.213; and that I was falsely mislead during an expensive used car CASH purchase and trade and warranty purchase by certain employees of this company who knowingly knew the circumstances surrounding my two purchases and two trades; that I was depending on their advice that I was buying a car that I could drive across country with some of my belongings to be by family as my disablity worsens. I can not do this with the car I now own that Kelly Ford put me in falsely misleading me that buying this car would meet my needs including selling me a repair warranty that will not fix any of the engine problems I have with oil leaking, etc. I have consulted a consumer affairs attorney in Brevard County, Florida and understand that Kelly Ford's reputation is not in good standing and advise that I am pursuing my complaints against this company to alert the public." He was very patient with us. He made me feel very comfortable with buying the car. I would definitely recommend him to Anyone. More
New F150 King Ranch at a fair price including great trade I had a price in mind that I was willing to pay for a new F150 King Ranch and a price that I was willing to take for my older vehicle. They were super busy that day and I ended having to wait for the delivery of my truck (detailing, etc.) and the entire team was very apologetic. They truly went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. I will go back to Kelly Ford. More

Phil as well as all the sales staff I encountered were friendly, helpful, professional and very comfortable to work with. They were willing to negotiate very fairly with me and listen earnestly to my needs and budget. They gave me very fair trade in value for my older model Ford truck. My newly purchased 2003 Ford F150 FX4X4 is in almost new condition. Just an awesome vehicle! I am completely satisfied! I would most certainly recommend Kelly Ford to anyone looking for a fair deal. James "Sheriff" took time went extra mile Purchase used vehicle 2005 Audi convertible. When I first came in James Witherspoon helped me and showed me a vehicle I wasn't looking for or consider Purchase used vehicle 2005 Audi convertible. When I first came in James Witherspoon helped me and showed me a vehicle I wasn't looking for or considering but I fell in love with it and bought it. The only thing I didn't like was I willing to wait for the test drive because James had a customer issue come up. However the dealership assigned me another associate. He was nice as well but I would have preferred to continue entire deal with James. I am guessing the higher ups were worried I wasn't patient enough to wait 5-10 minutes till James finished. I felt very uncomfortable like I was doing something wrong switching. The second salesman I was given well when I brought up the payments and price didn't match up he told me he couldn't explain it and handed me to business manager or his sales manager. Basically I was countering their offer and his response every time was "I don't understand how interest works or how you are coming up with that amount". After deal was made NOT with 2nd salesman but with business manager I found out James Witherspoon was the one cleaning my vehicle and taking care of the not so fun stuff in the heat while the 2nd salesman was out smoking and had left me once I made deal with business manager. James was a gem. When everything was done and everyone had left 1 hour earlier James showed me how to work everything in vehicle, paid to put gas in it and gave me a goody bag of items. First time I have bought a vehicle and been given something from the salesman. James called me a couple days after to make sure all was ok with vehicle. James was the one who drove my other vehicle to my home since I was keeping it and not trading in. The other salesman came in after I had decided on a vehicle, couldn't even help me haggle telling me there was no way I could get it for that payment when in fact I did with the business manager. One salesman (James) did everything to make the experience enjoyable whether I bought a vehicle or not.James did all the hard work to make the sale happen and I hope he gets the credit. You need more conscientious salesmen like this. More
