Chris Hill showed us the truck we'd come to look at and added that there were others that he thought we'd like. After a test drive we opted to look at the others, although the first truck was very nice. The first of the 'others' was a few years older than the first truck but as Chris said "was still in the wrapper" and had extremely low miles and was in showroom condition in and out plus had a new cap and new class 1 trailer hitch. Chris said that he thought I'd like that truck so he kept it off the lot pending our arrival so that we could check it out before it was put 'on the lot'. This vehicle is probably the one in thousands I've looked at that is so special because of its ultra low mileage and showroom condition with the added cap and hitch. I had never met Chris prior to our meeting on that day. We had several talks on the phone about what model Ford I was looking for and he assured me he had the vehicle I was looking for, well he sure did and made sure that I got the first chance to give it a new home. I think it shows that these folks care about their customers and will find your car for you, even if they don't have it on their lot, through industry contacts. Test drove a 2014 Sunset Escape SE and then wanted to try a white one - no one objected to two test drives which was great for me as I never would purchase a car without driving it first even if I only wanted a different color. Sales person was Mike Casey and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He got me such a good deal I traded my 2013 car for the 2014 Escape - no pressure, no schemes - great car. I would definately recommend this dealership and Mik Casey to others. More

Got My New "God's Gift" at Kelly Ford. I had been shopping around for a used Ford F150 for about a month online and on foot...I really was putting some leg work in! My uncle got sick in Palm Bay and I went to go see him and during that time was when he mentioned Kelly Ford...I went by that day and at that time I was frustrated and decided to just go by and get a business card from one of the salesman..and I did. Later, I was called to come to a Nissan dealership in Stuart..there they said, "We got just what you need" Went there and it was a Big disappointment for me. The next morning I remembered what my uncle said, "Try Kelly Ford" so I did...When I arrived, with the salesman business card,,he was not there, but I was greeted by Mr. James, he said around here they call me, "The Sheriff"..I thought to myself after laughing "Oh Lord, Its going to be another long day"..but he was respectful and helpful, asked me questions about what I was interesting in..Instead of it being the other way around..."The salesman trying to get you into something you don't want and no where clear of what you were looking for"...It turned out to be a SUCCESSFUL day after all.. I rode away not in my Ford 150 but my new Ford Edge...The sun shined on it that day,,,it was like a sign from God.."That's The One".. and I got a sign on the front that says "God's Gift"..The Sheriff did not try to talk me into getting the Ford 150 or talk down on me for the Ford Edge being outside my price range.. Incredible Customer Service from beginning to end!! I received a flyer from the dealership. I am a transparent shoot straight from the hip person and I didn't want to play the car game with them. I told Rick what I was looking for and what I could afford and the financing company I wanted. Rick worked with his managers & finance director Sandra King, they knew everything up front and the dealership was respectful of my time and expectations. It was an incredible experience overall. I met John the next day, He was a total pleasure to work with. I actually had a good time buying car. John worked with Charlie to set up a great deal, that met my financial requirements, and allowed me time to return my currently leased vehicle. The Finance team took time to explain everything, and made the 'close' a painless, and 'pressure free' experience. I would gladly recommend Kelly Ford as a place to purchase a car/truck. More
