Once there, we were hoping to make a deal that would include leaving our trade-in and driving home in the specific vehicle we wanted, at the price we had in mind. It should be noted that the purchase was a left-over 2014. I'm sure this influenced the decision-making process. Nevertheless, I was surprised with how un-stressfully the sales process unfolded. Even the finance guy, John Kirby, did his job efficiently and without causing heartburn. I have prior experience with the service department and consider them competent and efficient - which is why I even bothered to shop this dealership in the first place. More

Thank you, Kelly Ford! I was looking for a newer car for my daughter. She saw a 2009 Ford Focus at the Kelly Ford website, and I sent an on-line inquiry. A short time afte I was looking for a newer car for my daughter. She saw a 2009 Ford Focus at the Kelly Ford website, and I sent an on-line inquiry. A short time after that, I was contacted by Tommy McGee, who was most helpful in taking my information over the phone and telling me more about the car. I arranged to come up a few days later, and Tommy said he would be on vacation, but would leave my information for Phil Pettus at the dealership, and Phil would help complete the purchase. When I went to the dealership, I was met by Phil, who welcomed me and my daughter, showed us the car, and got our paperwork started. Frank Saladino also introduced himself and took the Focus to the gas station to "fill 'er up" while we were finishing the financials. John Kirby, in the financial department, explained all the paperwork very professionally and help me decide about an extended warranty. There was never any pressure; everyone we worked with was extremely professional and friendly, and I would definitely purchase from Kelly Ford in the future. More

Great buying experience I purchased a new Mustang from James (Sheriff) Witherspoon. I was upfront with him when looking at the car that I did not need a new car because the c I purchased a new Mustang from James (Sheriff) Witherspoon. I was upfront with him when looking at the car that I did not need a new car because the car I was driving was a 2013. I told him that if the price was right I would purchase the new Mustang. He did not pressure me to buy and worked with the sales manager to come to the right price. When looking at the car I found two spots where the paint was an issue. They had that part of the car repainted and fixed the issue. Sheriff remained in contact with me throughout the whole process and has been in touch since then to ensure I am still satisfied. More
