Service Center I would NOT recommend this dealership at all. We had diagnostic service done on our FordF150 since it was running a little rough, and as it turns out I would NOT recommend this dealership at all. We had diagnostic service done on our FordF150 since it was running a little rough, and as it turns out new parts that were just replaced were taken out by a mechanic here while diagnosing why the truck was running rough. They removed new parts and put in old ones and since they were just put in we still had the receipts. We will be seeing legal action if they do not remedy this situation. The staff was also very unprofessional. Lori was our service manager and she was not knowledgable in the field at all. Poor, Poor, SERVICE! More

Charlie Algieri the General Manager Does It Again! I have purchased vehicles from Charlie at Kelly Ford and other dealerships that he has worked at for over 20 years! The fact that I go where he goes is a testament to his willingness to make a deal work and make both parties walk away from the table happy. This time he got me into a limited edition Explorer for around the price of a base model. Thanks Charlie! He also hooked me up with two great sales people Philip Pettus and Frank Saladino. They primarily manage the internet sales department but were more than willing to help me with the buying decision and talk about customer service! I had a 6 year old, 9 year old and 11 year old with me and Frank made them feel like kings and queens of the show room floor ( My daughter is still talking about how you turned the Broncos game off so she could watch Sponge Bob while we worked the deal. ) Thanks again guys! Red Carpet Service ! This is our 2nd new vehicle purchased from the "Sheriff" in less than 4 months! Our first was a 2014 F150 and we just purchased a 2014 Roush Mustang This is our 2nd new vehicle purchased from the "Sheriff" in less than 4 months! He literraly had the carpet rolled out with the red velvet poles which led right to the car (after he corralled it and made his grand entrance!) Everybody was taking pictures! JT was equipped with his cowboy belt, boots, gun holster, hat and gloves to match! His lovely fiancé Sheila also attended, lavishing us with champagne, wine+leather case, amongst many other gifts!
