Great car and dealership I purchased a used 2013 Mustang convertible with more miles than I had wanted, but the car is in almost new condition. I traded a Mazda Miata. I visited with Chris Hill a few days before taking my wife to drive the car and make the purchase. I was impressed with Chris and wanted to work with him to buy the car. I wasn't sure I wanted to trade the Miata, but we negotiated a fair offer. I also purchased an extended warranty and was pleased with John Kirby who helped process the paperwork. A short time after purchase, I realized the front grill was missing. I contacted Charlie, who ordered a new front grill panel and emblem. The work was done promptly and we appreciated it. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kelly Ford to others. More

On October 23,2014 we decided at the last minute to take a drive to Kelly Ford to just see what they had to o We LOVE our 2015 Ford Escape Titanium. On October 23,2014 we decided at the last minute to take a drive to Kelly Ford to just see what they had to offer. When we arrived that evening we were greeted by Todd whom had so much patience with us, the we met Vinny. We drove about 5 different vehicles. The very last vehicle that we looked at was the Escape. There was NO PRESSURE what so ever to purchase a vehicle. Before everything was concluded we had the privilege of meeting Charlie, Richard, and John. Not one of these gentlemen ever pressured us into anything. They made us feel so welcomed for being there, by the time we left we felt like family. Richard was VERY knowledgeable on all the accessories and took his time explaining each one. We will definitely be going back and recommending each one of them to everyone that we know.
