Great Ford Buying Expirience I was looking for a Focus to replace the uncomfortable driving experience I had with a previous compact car. I put a quote request in on the dealer we I was looking for a Focus to replace the uncomfortable driving experience I had with a previous compact car. I put a quote request in on the dealer website, and I was contacted within 1 business day by Frank. He was courteous and professional on the phone, and said he would pull the Focus aside that I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership, I waited for Frank, but he got caught up with another customer while I was en route. Phil took over at that point, and the hand-off was seamless and was more than willing to get me taken care of and make sure I was happy with my purchase. Phil was a pleasure to work with, and Frank also checked in once in awhile to make sure I was being well taken care of. The Focus had a little bit of a bounce/wobble when we took it for a test drive, and Phil noticed it and made sure that the service department fixed the problem, which turned out that the tires were out of balance. The car has driven perfectly since then. The thing that stood out to me, was that I was contacted by both Phil and Frank after the purchase to make sure I was still happy with the car and if they had any questions to let them know. I haven't had nearly as much follow up from other dealers that I've worked with in the past, and I'm very appreciative of that. More
