The best experience I've had at a dealership, EVER! I was looking for a Mustang with specific options online and I saw that Kelly Ford had what I was looking for. I called and the sales staff were extremely helpful and honest about pricing. When I went to pick up the car everyone from sales to financing to customer relations was very friendly and helpful. I got a fair value for my trade and I never felt any pressure. I think this was the first time I've every actually had fun working with a dealership. The next time buy a Ford I will be going here even though it's an hour drive away. Thanks to everyone there for the emotional support while saying goodbye to my first Mustang. I won't go anywhere else I have purchased both an F150 for myself and an Explorer for my wife in the past 6 months at Kelly Ford.
