Used Car Purchase (2015 Chevy Malibu) I can give the overall star rating a 4. 5 - Star Initially getting into the dealership is really easy. They have an internet sales division which greets you by email. The dealership has the car you want to see, you visit the to test drive the car, you test drive the car. All no hassle and very professional. The team supports one another to make sure your needs are met. 4 - Star I decided I liked the car and will purchase it. We agreed on a price and they send you back to finance to complete your sale. This part is to give you about $6k in additional options. I made a mistake and caught it too late. My fault, but finance gave me another solution to correct it and hopefully that will solve my problem at a later date. 3 - Star After having my vehicle for a week I started to smell cigarette smoke. (Enterprise Rental Car). I asked them to help me schedule a date to come back for them to get the smell removed. They didn't. I will need to contact them again to see when that is. I have a slow leak in one of the tires which they could have caught and fixed prior to selling. They might fix all of this but the point of purchasing a car from a Certified Dealership is to have it working right before it's sold and not to inconvenience the customer by bringing the car back multiple times to have things done that should have been done prior to selling. They did not have a second key for the car so I brought it back to have one made and programmed. All in all it averages about a 4 star. I really did enjoy my experience from the sales team. however once you are out the door, out of site and out of mind. I will need to contact the person who sold me the vehicle to schedule the scent team to get rid of the cigarette smoke. More

Sandra Smith handled all the paper work for me and was very knowledgeable and professional She explained all the terms and options for additional warranties, road side service, etc. She knew what she was doing. After all that Cheryl Shaton provided all the training I needed at the time. She and her assistant are available to me at all times for additional instruction. Cheryl said she would be calling me to set a time when she would give me more training info. She encouraged me to use as many options as I was comfortable using to become more familiar and read some of the Ford manuals. She is a wealth of information, has the ability to share that information in a very clear and concise manner. Very professional.
