My initial contact with Frank Saladino questioned a possible used truck with my upside down trade. He quickly changed my mind with rebates and incentitives on a new truck which only made sense.. Frank's sickness that day allowed me to meet Phil Pettus the next day which presented me with the truck of my dreams. Between the both of them they structured a trade in deal that allowed me my current ride, one AWSOME Ford truck. I must also mention Sandy whom went to bat for me during the finance stage and also Cheryl who educated me on all the electronics of this vehicle. Take what you can get I knew that the vehicle I wanted would be hard to find but when there was only one in the state of Fl and didn't have the equipement that I needed I w I knew that the vehicle I wanted would be hard to find but when there was only one in the state of Fl and didn't have the equipement that I needed I was told that under these circumstances 'you take what you can get'.That statement would have been enough of a surprise but when,the next day, I was told of another vehicle that was available in another state, I discovered that, it too didn't have the proper equipement the sales pereson stated that he had called U-Haul to verify that THEY would install the tow-hitch that I would need. Really? U-Haul this buying process was getting way out of hand. I'm NOT interested in buying a new vehicle from Kelly Ford.and I'm not recommending them to my friends. More

Excellent Experience I purchase a vehicle about every 2-3 years. I hate it because of the whole process and usually end up agitated by the time it's over. Reggie Morton met me in the parking lot with a smile and showed me EXACTLY what I was looking for. He wasn't pushy or badgering like most sales reps are. I felt like everything I said and wanted mattered and Reggie was willing to do everything to make it happen. Charlie Algieri was more than accommodating when it came to a fair price. I came in with my own financing already secured but Sandy Smith wanted to try and beat my interest rate. She did by a long shot!! Cheryl Shaton was excellent in explaining how to use all the "bells & whistles" in my new truck. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. "The Dream Team"!!! Charlie McCarthy, Phil Pettus and Sandy Smith are "The Dream Team"! I bought a Focus from these awesome people last year but unfortunately my children Charlie McCarthy, Phil Pettus and Sandy Smith are "The Dream Team"! I bought a Focus from these awesome people last year but unfortunately my children were in a car accident which totaled our car. As soon as the Dream Team heard what happened they took charge and within two days I had a new car and the only thing we needed to do was pick out the color and for me to sign the papers. I can't even begin to express how grateful I am and how compassionate they were knowing what my girls and I were dealing with in just their injuries alone.... Sandy guided me every step of the way in how to proceed with the gap coverage and the warranties and paperwork. Phil and Charlie were the best in making sure we could do what I really needed to happen. The day after I bought the new car Sandy called me to ask if I could come back in and sign a new contract because she just lowered my monthly payment!!! WHAT??!! Who does that?? THE DREAM TEAM does!!
