Finally A Dealership That Cares I just had my first experience with Kelly Ford and could not believe the customer service. This dealership has the best customer service I have ever s I just had my first experience with Kelly Ford and could not believe the customer service. This dealership has the best customer service I have ever seen. I traded in my car and got a great price. I bought a new GT premium and had a supercharger installed. There was a couple issues with my paint and they handled it with no issues and the body shop did a fantastic job. The biggest thing was I did not find the paint issues, they did. I was getting ready to leave after my mustang purchase and the car had just been detailed. They pointed it out to me and said don't worry we will take care of this. That is a dealership with integrity and honesty. The supercharger installation was awesome. The mechanic did a fantastic job. I did not know exactly which supercharger to buy and they took me step by step to help upgrade my mustang. The fiancé manager I dealt with was very professional. The dealer manager was polite and professional. I recommend this dealership 100% and any person who chooses otherwise is making a mistake. Great people! My salesman Phil did more for me than any other salesman I have dealt with in the past. He took care of the car, updating me on my supercharger progress and checking in on the couple paint issues they found. Do yourself a favor and go by Kelly Ford. You will not regret it! More

He also set up my wife's cell phone to work in the car. No one at the other dealership showed us how to use the cell phone with the other car.
