Completely wowed from start to finish!!! I came in looking to trade my 2013 Ford Fiesta and left with a brand new 2016 Ford Focus. Not once through the entire buying process did I feel pushed to do something, and for me that is very important. In addition to Marc, I also worked with Phil, Doug, Charlie, and Carlos. "A great dealership with a dedicated, caring staff" One evening, my wife shared with me that her "dream" car was a Ford Mustang. She was very specific about what she wanted her Mustang to look like, and One evening, my wife shared with me that her "dream" car was a Ford Mustang. I went on line to 'build' my wife's dream car, and the information was forwarded to some local dealers. The first dealer I heard back from was Kelly Ford and Jay McEvoy. Jay's attitude from the first conversation was one of "...let's get your wife the car she wants." We went in to test drive a car and were impressed by every single person we came in contact with. Jay immediately went to work finding just the right car, and three days later, my wife had her dream Mustang. At every step, there was commitment to making it happen, to seeing to it that nothing happened that was a surprise, and over and over again, it was stressed that it only counted if we were 100% satisfied. Kelly Ford was going to be the last stop for the day, After being sunburned, dying of thirst, and laughed at I didn't have a lot of hope. Brandon walked over and took the time to understand what we wanted. Treated us with respect. He found a couple of cars in a mater of 30mins. In 2 hours we where out the door in a 2010 Mercury.
