Showroom to my garage. I had been searching online for a Focus RS with more than 2 months. I came across one that fit my search perfectly at Kelly Ford. I immediately called and asked if it were on the lot. Sure as anything it was sitting in their showroom. It was later in the afternoon on a Sunday and I live about an hour away. The salesman, Mike Casey said that wouldn't be an issue, that he'd stay late if need be. I loaded up the kids and made the drive. Once getting to the dealership it was like being treated like royalty. Everyone was very courteous to my family as the buying process started. Before I knew it I was back on the road but now in a gorgeous Nitrous Blue Focus RS. I couldn't have had a better experience. I truly feel part of the Kelly Ford family. More

Jerry came out and We explained to him that we were payment constraint. My wife really liked the Fiesta. After speaking with multiple dealers around Central Florida, I ended up deciding to go with Kelly Ford since they never wavered from their original price commitment. I can attest that this practice is rare in the industry it seems... I had several other dealerships exhibit shady practices. Phil Pettus followed up an appropriate amount to check in on the sale, but didn't pester as I considered all of my options. Him and his team went out of their way to find the exact truck I was looking for and believe me, I was being extremely picky. They brought a truck in from out of the region and offered me a very fair value in trade for my immaculate, one year old F150 4x2 without playing any games. Incredibly helpful I was originally interested in a listing of a used 2015 Mustang. After calling and speaking with Terry Shea, he informed me that the car I was interes I was originally interested in a listing of a used 2015 Mustang. After calling and speaking with Terry Shea, he informed me that the car I was interested in was unfortunately just sold but that there was a newer model of the same. Terry was incredibly accommodating with my time and made every effort possible to see me and to allow me to inspect the 2016 Mustang I would eventually drive off the lot with. Everyone at Kelly Ford from Terry, to other sales associates, to managers were very polite and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entirety of the sales process.
