He gave me all of my options up front and explained everything in detail. Cheryl Shaton was extremely knowledgeable/helpful with explaining all of the featuses of my new vehicle. I absolutely feel that everyone went out of their way for me and this process was not scary at Kelly Ford in comparison to previous experiences in the past. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
Excellent Sales and Service I moved to the Melbourne area in 2015 and needed service on my 2004 Mustang and took it to Kelley Ford as a test. I was extremely pleased with their service personal and the quality of work performed. They were honest and thorough, conducting a full safety inspection of the vehicle even though not required in Florida, unlike my home state of Virginia. That car went back to Kelly for every subsequent service. Last month I decided it was time for a new car and, without hesitation, went back to Kelley and bought a new convertible Mustang. The sales and financing staff were as competent and thorough and honest as the service staff and made what is usually a traumatic experience a pleasurable one. Brent Slater, my salesman, although relatively new at Kelly, took the time to answer all my questions and to find answers to those he didn't know or wasn't sure about. There was absolutely no BS or pressure. The result was that I received a fair trade value on my old Mustang and walked, or rather, drove out with the car I wanted within the budget I had allowed, not a car that they decided they needed to sell. Needless to say, that car will be going back to Kelly when it is time for service. Bob Haines More

They discounted the new vehicle more than I expected and offered a VERY fair value for our trade, and they threw in a 55" flat screen to boot! I was extremely impressed with Marc Camelleri, he was very low pressure and patient throughout the process even hooking us up with a free trailer hitch. Vinny, Sandy & Cheryl were also great to work with. You can tell that the employees at this dealership are focused on win-win scenarios. They seem to be in for long term relationships with their customers. I will definitely purchase from them again. More
Top Notch I was introduced to Tristan by one of the service reps (whom was very nice) and I told him what I was looking at - he took me out to the Escapes and e I was introduced to Tristan by one of the service reps (whom was very nice) and I told him what I was looking at - he took me out to the Escapes and explained all the models and differences and some nuances in particular. We test drove and the whole time Tristan told me about the vehicle. Needless to say I decided to purchase the black Escape Titanium . Thank you Tristan for all your help! In addition I'd like to mention how knowledgeable Carlos was for financing and the exceptional direction from Cheryl concerning all the computerized systems. More
USED F-150 I bought an new Explorer about 8 weeks ago. My salesman was Ron Orel . After he took care of everything with the explorer and I was about ready to leave I mentioned that I might be interested in buying a used F-150 to tow a show car around. But I didn't want to spend to much so the truck had to be at least 5 years old. Ron never forgot about me and contacted numerous times on trucks he found. Needless to say he sold me a 2011 F-150 that looked almost new and drives great. I really appreciate Rons dedication to my needs and his professionalism. I will only deal Ron on all future purchases. Hospitality at it's Finest Buying a new vehicle is not something we do often but we know where we will go whenever we buy again ... Kelly Ford. I did lots of online research so Buying a new vehicle is not something we do often but we know where we will go whenever we buy again ... Kelly Ford. I did lots of online research so I knew what my top choice F-150 was when my wife and I met Phil on the lot. We explained that we were a week or so away from purchasing and Phil respected that. He never once tried to push us into a sale. He went with us on a test drive, answered lots of questions, and made himself available whenever we needed him. Zero pressure! Jay handled the sale as Phil was on vacation when we did make the purchase (although he still made contact by cell!). Jay made sure we were comfortable with our purchase and introduced us to Jon who would handle the financing. Jon was very honest and open, again, making us very comfortable making this very large decision. He did his best to make sure we were making the financial decisions that were best for us. Including not getting GAP since we had such a large down payment and all the rebates rebates but instead getting an 8-year bumper-to-bumper warranty. Again, what was best for us because I tend to keep my trucks for many years. Then Phil & Jay arranged us to meet Cheryl the following week to learn about the technology features in our truck. Do not skip this!. Cheryl spent at least an hour going through all the commands and settings in the Sync 3 system and how to really take advantage of what the truck can do. Again, my wife & I felt like we really made the right decision go to Kelly Ford. Every person we met has an open door policy ... if we need anything, please go see them. More
