Excellent Purchase Experience My wife and I were in the market for a new diesel truck to replace our 2009 Ford Super Duty. We decided to stop by Kelly Ford first because we were ha My wife and I were in the market for a new diesel truck to replace our 2009 Ford Super Duty. We decided to stop by Kelly Ford first because we were having lunch nearby. Upon arrival on the sales lot we were warmly greeted by Chris Lefevre, one of their sales persons. Throughout our entire time at Kelly Ford, Chris demonstrated his excellent knowledge, professionalism, attentiveness and personality. Although we had intended to shop around, we soon felt we could do no better on price or service than Kelly Ford. Our purchase was made somewhat more complicated by the fact that we were out-of-state residents; however, Chris and Chuck, the sales manager, worked through the more complex registration process unfazed by the additional work involved. All-in-all, we could not have been more satisfied with our Kelly Ford experience. I highly recommend doing business with Chris, Chuck, and the Kelly Ford team. More
Great Experience I have purchased many cars in my day and this one was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had buying a car. My sales rep, Tristan Palmer I have purchased many cars in my day and this one was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had buying a car. My sales rep, Tristan Palmer, was great to work with. There was no high pressure selling involved and he answered my questions with confidence. If he did not know an answer, he researched it and got back to me. He was cheerful, friendly, and attentive. I felt I was treated fairly on the price of the car as well as on the money given to me for my trade-in. My only disappointment was that after all the paperwork was signed (which was a smooth, painfree transaction in itself) including the "we don't owe you anything" document, I discovered that my used 2016 Mustang was coming to me without an Owner's Manual. However, Tristan has assured me that he will find me one. Lastly, three days after my purchase, I had to bring the car into service to have recall work completed (repacking the bearings in the right front wheel) that presented itself a day after I bought the car. The experience was easy and the job was completed in a timely manner. I just wish their carwash had worked that day! :) Overall--great experience! Kudos to Tristan for a job well-done! More

Well, it is broke again 11 months later and Ford is refusing to pay for My 2013 Ford Edge was repaired in Jan 2016 for an issue with the driver door. Well, it is broke again 11 months later and Ford is refusing to pay for it. Since the vehicle is out of warranty now they will not fix something that is either defective or was done incorrectly. We have been Ford owners since our teenage years (now in our 50s) but I am sad to say, if this is the kind of service and unreliable vehicles they are producing than we will have to look for another manufacturer. Shame on you Ford! More
