Impressed with Kelly Ford -Now I Have The Edge I received a flyer in the mail from Kelly Ford and was thinking of trading in my 2008 Focus, so I went to their website and checked to see what vehicl I received a flyer in the mail from Kelly Ford and was thinking of trading in my 2008 Focus, so I went to their website and checked to see what vehicles were available and sent a note to see if I could set up a time for a test drive. I was really impressed when I received a call from Dan Hogue from Internet within an hour and arranged to come in that afternoon. Dan went out of his way to see what vehicle type I was interested in, gave some very valuable information and advice to me and most of all did not pressure me. After three test drives I made a decision to purchase a new Ford Edge. While I was waiting for the paperwork to be filled out, I was just watching everyone. One thing which I was impressed with is that everyone in the Sales, Finance and Internet areas were very professional, courteous, and showed they cared about their customers. At one point Chris Saraceno, Vice President, stopped and talked with me and other customers to ensure everyone was being taken care of. Bottom line is that I felt everyone was sincere about taking care of the customers' needs and it was not just a put on. I had a couple of minor issues with the Edge and when I called Dan, he said bring it right in, and worked with service to make sure these were corrected. All in all I am impressed. Thanks and now I have the Edge. More

The layout and flow of the dealership just seemed to be unorganized and chaotic. The salesman had a tough time finding one of the vehicles that we were interested in looking at. We had been to 3 other dealerships, so we had a point of reference for comparison. In all fairness, we were there during the busiest week of the year. Our salesperson, Brent Slater, was okay. We could have done without the "visits" from his sales manager, Doug Finwall. We went into the dealership interested in the 0% and 0 down financing deal that had been advertised incessantly on TV and radio for the past month. The salesman told us that he didn't think that offer was still available and then proceeded to show us financing options with over 4% APR. When we were just about ready to bolt, Doug appears with this amazing deal for us - 0% financing. Exactly what we had requested right from the beginning! Of course, this was a much lower monthly payment and made it seem like he was doing us a great favor. My husband pointed out an error in the rebate amount that we were being given, but Doug double-checked with finance and told us that the #'s were correct. Of course after we agreed to purchase the vehicle at this price, then Doug came back and told us that there was an error in the rebate amount. We would have to give up the free 55" TV to cover part of the difference and Kelly would absorb the remaining amount. How generous of them! This did not leave a good taste in my mouth. My husband noticed that the cap on one of the wheel stems was missing. He mentioned it to the salesman and was told that it would be taken care of. Unfortunately we didn't notice util we got home that it had NOT been taken care of. The salesman has promised to mail one to me. Overall, I think that Brent and Sandy did a fine job, but I question the honesty of some of Doug's sales practices. More

I was immediately impressed with his can-do attitude and pleasant demeanor of someone who enjoyed his work .Within several days they located the exact model and color of the vehicle I wanted and with the equipment I needed. I advised them if my visual inspection was satisfactory, consider the vehicle sold.Two days later, I inspected the vehicle and bought the vehicle.. This began a very pleasant and enjoyable buying experience as we went through the step of documentation, registration , etc all of which went smoothly and was well orchestrated. Phil was with me through the whole process and those who assisted in this process were pleasant and most helpful. This was my first exposure to the red carpet service in purchasing a vehicle and Phil made Kelly proud that day. The Old Airman More
Disappointed Went to dealership after selecting them from another car loan source. Had 4 used vehicles in mind, knowing I wasn't going to qualify for a new vehicle Went to dealership after selecting them from another car loan source. Had 4 used vehicles in mind, knowing I wasn't going to qualify for a new vehicle loan. Was told by sales person that vehicles I selected were not available and the inventory post online is never updated in a timely fashion. Interesting note, that afternoon I got an email stating a vehicle I was interested in, was available for me to look at. Assumed this to be a canned email response and the dealer can excuse themselves from this by stating the vehicle was sold. After about an hour of a sales pitch, was told I should try for a new vehicle. I did this knowing that I probably wasn't going to get it. Within 2 minutes of filling out a written application, I was, assumed correctly, denied. Remember I mentioned I used another car loan source. The sales person didn't bother to express interest in that source let alone further address my original interest in a used vehicle. In fact, there was no more interest on anyone's part for other options. I know was honest and straight forward in what my interests were and expected the same, instead misdirection was conducted in the hopes a new cars sales would be accomplished rather than just focusing on the customer's needs, listening to what the customer says and treating the customer in the same fashion they treated you, honesty. This was a disappointing let down, a vehicle could have been sold if they had paid attention to what was stated by me, instead of blowing that off in order to obtain the unobtainable. I don't know who the Tier 2 person was that finalized the denial, it seemed he to was in a hurry rushing things with the salesperson, in getting me out the door. I want to thank the dealership in reminding me why I don't deal with Ford. More

Great Staff = Great Experience I leased my last vehicle form Kelly Ford and with that lease coming to an end I knew that I would go to them first. I scheduled my last servicing for my car, and before I could bring it in I received an unprompted phone call from the sales person I had worked with 3 years ago, Phil Pettus. Phil said to not worry about the final servicing and come on in to see what they could get me into. As expected the level of service Phil and his associate John Alligood provided was top of the line and make the overall experience quick and enjoyable. After working with the sales professionals we were sent to financing where Carlos Arciniegas thoroughly explained all the various packages Ford offered to keep my car on the road and my money in my pocket. Finally after all the paperwork was complete we met with Cheryl Shaton who went over all the different features my car had to offer and how to utilize the various driver assists to keep me safe and connected. Overall I am extremely pleased with the level of service and care that Kelly Ford and their team members provide to their customers, I will always recommend them first to anyone in the market for a new or used car!
