We had visited several other dealers, looking for a vehicle that was comfortable, quiet and had all the features we wanted. The Edge exceeded all of our expectations. Chris Lefevre handled our purchase from beginning to end and he did an outstanding job. He made sure that we felt like members of the Kelly Ford family, constantly checking to make sure our needs were met. He went over the vehicle from top to bottom explaining all the features and their operation. Jon Powell handled the financial portion of our purchase. Jon was very thorough, but didn't waste our time trying to push things on us. What a refreshing vehicle purchase! We set up an appointment with Dan. He met us and right off and showed us the car we were looking at on line. It was beautiful, and ready for a test drive right after he showed us the basics of the car. He let both of us drive it, with no pressure. After we drove it, and he showed us more about the car, he gave us time alone to check it out and talk it over. Once we decided we would like to purchase the car, he was very quick getting us the sales manager, Charlie. Charlie was great also, very nice and we came to an agreeable price quickly. Then we met Sandy, the business manager, she welcomed us into her office and proceeded to get the papers needed and explained everything as we asked. We drove off with our new car in a matter of hours of arriving. It couldn't have been a better car buying experience. And Charlie is still helping us with minor things even after the deal is done! He listened to what we were looking for and suggested 2 possibilities. He was knowledgeable about the cars and patiently answered all our questions. When it came time to make the deal, he went to bat with Jimmy A. (finance/sales manager) for to get the financial package within the area we told him we needed to be in. We had a bad experience the day before at a Nissin dealership and obviously left with a car and I shared with this Mike. So based on research and our experience, I knew that Jimmy really gave us the a great deal and I went over to him and thanked him personally. Sandra Smith in financing had all paperwork ready and correct when we walked in to her office. In summary, even though it takes awhile to drive away in a new car, everyone at the dealership was customer oriented and made it a pleasant experience, we love our new car! Kelly Ford is the first place I went as I was interested in the 2017 Ford Fusion. Immediately we were greeted by Tristan and he informed me on all the different models of the Fusion. After finding the one I wanted, he was quick and efficient at going through payment plans and made it easy for me to understand. Then Doug came over and helped me with figuring out a payment plan that would work better for my budget and also gave me a great deal on my trade-in.
