Many times when you go into a dealership you feel hammered by the salesman and the dealership itself to where you feel corralled into making a purchase. Not so at Kelly Ford. Tristan was very laid back and listened carefully to what I was looking for in my replacement vehicle and to the price points that I needed to stay within. He then spent alot of time searching for just the perfect match. We found it with the 2013 F150. Tristan maticulously explained the benefits of the Certified Pre-Owned Program that Ford has. Fortunately the vehicle he found for me met that criteria and I bought it. He got the truck all ready for me to pick up the next morning. When I got to the dealership the truck was in the breezeway of the dealership showroom and it looked spectacular. I have driven the new truck for about ten days so far and am loving it. I now consider Tristan a friend and someone I trust very much. Trust is the number one quality that a salesman should possess and Tristan definitely has my trust. I will recommend Tristan to my friends. Also Doug was excellent to deal with and extremely professional. He helped lock down the deal with the final price both sides were comfortable with. More

Since we picked up our car about 10 days ago we have received 2 follow up calls just to ensure we are happy and they know I have cancer and were personally checking on my health. Now I call that above and beyond! The dealership is clean they have soda, bottled water, freshly popped popcorn, very nice. Oh yeah and they have an extremely large lot with many many options for your new ride!
