The salesman was high pressure and dishonest I stopped by for a brochure. (only) Had not decided yet to buy a car. High pressure guy speeds up and started his tactics. I told him a wanted info (only) on a hybrid, non lease. He talked at me for 5 hours and talked me into a non-hybrid and ---- a lease! I was exhausted and was so glad to get out of there, with car or not. After I had something to eat and rested, I decided to call him the next day and at least get out of the leasing part. When I did, he said the lease was written in stone and could not be changed to a "sale". [All this just within hours!] Thought I had him when I asked to speak to his superior. Guess what. Second sclock (his boss) informs me that the lease part was, indeed, written in stone. I detest both of them. I was stuck with a non-hybrid, leased. They should be ashamed of themselves. I know I am. Excellent customer service I made an appointment to view a specific vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was ready to go for a test drive, my salesperson John I made an appointment to view a specific vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was ready to go for a test drive, my salesperson John Alligood was knowledgeable about the vehicle and patient and courteous with my questions and inspection. Most impressive to me is the fact that although I live 60 miles away, Kelly Ford sent a driver to pick me up when my car was ready. Everyone I met at the dealership was polite and friendly. I've got a diesel truck all of us business owners know never good when it breaks down I called the dealer and I spoke to Tracy she called the tow company for me when I got there she offered me water I was more than stressed at this point we sat down went over what happened with the truck within 4 hrs I got a call with an estimate and explanation to what happened I got it repaired and back on the road within 2 days .. awesome right despite her age she very knowledgeable about vehicles and will definitely make you laugh despite your mood Luckily I broke down in Melbourne meeting Tracy converted me from Palm Bay ford to Kelly ford she shows what true customer service really is !!!
