Most of you know how some places have salespeople that "pounce" on you as soon as you drive into the lot. When we arrived at Kelly Ford in Melbourne FL we were greeted by Jeffrey Donnelly and I mean "greeted", he wanted to know what we would like to do or what we needed. We traded in a car and bought a new Ford Escape. The transaction went smoothly and we felt that our business was valued. I want to mention the finance department also, Carlos Arciniegas was terrific. The young man working on the insurance was great also, he is the guy to talk to about sporty cars. Managers Charlie and Doug were very helpful and friendly. Jeffery is very respectful, articulate, considerate and knowledgeable. I had an issue in March 2017 with some debris doing damage to my rim. The sales manager Charlie went above and beyond in seeing that it got fixed. He was friendly and helpful and took the stress out of the situation. We will definitely always recommend Kelly Ford. We will be purchasing our next car from them when the time comes. More

I would like to commend Mr. Casey for sending me pictures and details of cars available for lease, calling multiple times to help me narrow my search, and taking care of all paperwork to do the lease. He brought the new car to my home and picked up the car that was coming off lease. He was relaxed and gracious thru the entire process.
