Restored faith in dealerships I have been very disappointing in the past dealing with dealerships. The customer service was lacking, the wait time was way longer than what it shoul I have been very disappointing in the past dealing with dealerships. The customer service was lacking, the wait time was way longer than what it should take to get someone closed out, and the overall feeling was not to help the customer or inform the customer of options, but rather to push the sale and move on to the next one. I went in to Kelly Ford with a already predetermined vehicle and expectations of how the transactions was going to go based on experience. I can honestly say that I was wrong when it came to the customer service portion. My rep Mike Casey was able to establish a rapport with me almost instantly. He was professional throughout the process, when I had questions, he had answers, and if he did not have them he went out of his way to find one. Mike did not push or tried to overly sale the vehicle that I was looking to buy, and overall let me (the customer) feel relaxed and not anxious about the situation. When it came time to consider my options and financial talks, he listened, he gave me feedback, and he help to make the process work. Mike was instrumental in providing me with a comfort level so that I can make the best informed decision for the purchase. I can now say that I did purchase the vehicle I wanted. Mike and the rest of the staff made the transaction as painless as possible, and knowing that I would spend some time there at Kelly Ford finalizing paperwork, the mood and vibe lets the customer feel relaxed without having the feeling of being hassled into a purchase. Most companies say "we are customer service friendly". I can tell you that for the individuals at Kelly Ford that is just not a saying, but a true motto that they live by. More

My salesman, Jeffrey Donnelly was exceptional to assist me with a car purchase, I was not sure exactly what I was interested in and he was able to find vehicles that fit my style. He is very knowledgeable with the vehicles on the lot and goes above and beyond to assist with questions and requests. He is able to offer suggestions and help me with the many choices I had. I enjoyed his company and he is very polite and considerate. He made car buying not so bad! I am very glad he was my sales person. Doug Finwall and Jim Ahlquist also assisted with the paperwork.
