Always quick to go above and beyond I've bought two used cars and leased one car from them. Every time has been super easy. Their sales staff is attentive and NOT overbearing. They listen to your needs and if they don't have what you're looking for, they'll contact you when they have something more your style. No pressure to put you in a car that isn't right for you and your situation. I've never felt pressured or taken advantage of. If I don't like something they say OK and move on. Their prices have been fair and on-par with Kelly Blue Book. The car I leased had serious clutch problems but the service staff bent over backwards to get the problem resolved. More

My purchase of a brand new 2017 F-150 was easy and painless. They gave me a great price for my trade and got my payments within my budget. Jim Alquest and Charlie Algeri were easy to work with and both helped me through the process. Sandy in the Business office gave me all the options for financing and made it easy to understand. Cheryl Shaton is the Guru for the Sync technology. She explained everything in detail. She was very patient and is truly an asset to Kelly Ford. Dr. Phil was easy going and no pressure, a real asset to Kelly Ford and shows great salesmanship. He is truly the antithesis to what people think of car salesman. Bottom line: See Dr. Phil when you're ready to purchase a vehicle. I will be back and recommend Dr. Phil and Kelly Ford to all my friends and family. More

Greg Cameron, the transmission specialist, was very knowledgeable and explained details of the transmission to me that will be extremely valuable as I continue to use my new 2016 Ford Focus as a tow car behind my newly acquired motor home. I now know that the transmission is NOT a regular automatic one but an "electronically controlled manual" one. This makes the vehicle a much better choice for towing and allows me to verify it is in Neutral by simply rolling it a little after the power has been removed (the last step to prepare for towing). More

I would be remiss if I did not mention the four people we dealt with the most that were excellent, the sales person Mike Casey, the sales manager Jim Ahlquist, the finance manager Jon Powell, and the sales customer relations manager Cheryl Shaton. I'm sure many people have said this before but I truly mean they make you feel like you're the most important person in the world even the people we didn't deal with were very kind and courteous you have a fabulous team there! Lured in with an email for a free oil change but when I came in for an oil change I got charged. The coupon "expired" conveniently. Service representative wanted to brag that they completed all of the recalls! Dont brag about completing something that is a ford issue. Back seat is still broken in the down position from a part they were supposed to order a year ago. Guess it's still on back order! Their only highlight is a female.named Tabby. She was wonderful too bad the guy with no personality wasn't. That's why I usually go to Gattos. More
