Another great car buying experience at Kelly Ford!!!! We went to Kelly Ford today to buy a Ford Taurus, preferably in Ruby Red and with a good idea of exactly what options we wanted. We were directed to a very nice young man who was relatively new to this dealership but was obviously well informed. He asked the right questions, we arrived looking for a 2017 model and he immediately showed us a beautiful vehicle in the color I wanted and explained all the features and pointed out all the bells and whistles. My husband and I talked and our salesman picked up that I wasn't quite ready to trade in my 2006 Mustang Convertible (a previous Kelly purchase) and suggested we might like to see a Certified Pre-Owned 2016 Taurus they had on the lot. We drove over in the brand new car and surprise the 2016 looked almost exactly the same as the 2017. It was in Ruby Red had very low mileage and the extended warranty was fantastic. Along with the fact that it was also a Limited edition as opposed to a SEL edition which meant a few more bells and whistles the price was great and that meant no argument about keeping the Mustang. A girl needs to have her convertible on those balmy winter days in Florida. Hector, our salesman had the sale and I had my new car. But more importantly we have the comfort of knowing that we got the best deal around and that we will have the best service. That comes form 25 years of experience dealing with the people at Kelly Ford. This was the eleventh car we have purchased from Kelly Ford for ourselves and our children and we have always been very happy with the end result. More

He was very responsive by phone and text, promptly answering all of our questions. He was very accommodating to our schedule as we had to make two separate visits. We never felt any pressure whatsoever and we found him to be extremely courteous and knowledgeable. This is the way a car buying experience should be and we appreciate this type of approach, after having had negative experiences in the past at other dealerships. We also worked with Sandy in the finance department, who helped us arrange for a better extended warranty and maintenance plan, which was important to my parents.
