Once we identified the vehicle, Doug Finwall joined our discussion and provided added guidance and insight about options and cost scenarios. Carlos Arcisiegas managed the discussion about leasing and helped to make the entire experience a pleasure. I was impressed with the level of product knowledge and customer focus demonstrated by all of the Kelly Ford team members. Charlie Algieri-McCarthy brought our positive experience to a close today by offering to provide any assistance I may need in the future.
