We called several Dealers in the area to find out about loaners while our truck was being serviced and was told they don't offer that service. We called Kelly Ford and they said "come on down" they have loaner cars. We had some maintenance issues that were of concern to us so we left our truck for them to look into. Jeremy was our service advisor and Kelly Ford hit the jackpot with this young man. We thought we needed new tires, front end alignment, new brakes, tune up and just an overall health check which turned out to be much less on the maintenance side than expected. This dealership could have done everything we thought we needed, but they were so upfront and honest about it, that we determined this was our new Ford dealership going forward. We will be buying another Ford in the near future and Kelly will get that business thanks to our Service Advisor and his character. More

My husband and I went to the Kelly Ford dealership over Memorial Day weekend looking for a new truck. Jesse Sheridan approached, introduced himself, and pointed us in the direction of the F-150s. He was not pushy nor did he hover but stayed near to answer any questions. Because he was assisted by a vet in the car business (Casey Tucker), once it was time to make the deal, we knew he was relatively new to the car selling game. Don't let that stop you from asking for him personally! He is kind and warm and "spiel-free". I felt as though he was genuinely interested in helping us get in to the vehicle that we desired at a great price. Casey is a seasoned sales man and was helpful in expediting the process. Sandy in the finance department was very kind, thorough, and efficient as we went through the paper work. We are very happy with our brand new FORD F-150 and will look forward to doing more business with Jesse and Kelly Ford. More

Doing the Impossible I was upside down in a vehicle, and CD and his team were not only able to get me into a new vehicle, but they wouldn't settle for just a new vehicle. They were able to get me into a new Ford F-150, which I have been pursuing for months now at other dealerships, and was consistently rejected. While there, I was not pressured into anything, and never had anyone try to intimidate me. I also had an awesome time at their on-site BBQ. Had some really good food and was able to share some laughs with CD. I hope everyone who goes to this dealership has a similar experience to mine. More
