Used car buying experience My mother needed a gently used car for picking up the grandkids, shopping, and going to appointments. Kelly Ford was our first stop that morning and Jessie Sheridan came out to greet us. He asked how he could help, took some notes, then let us have some breathing room. He came back with a couple of specific cars. We picked a used Hyundai and took it for a quick test drive. We thanked Jessie for his time and said we still wanted to look at some other places since we were just getting started. He nodded, thanked us for coming in, and gave my mother a water bottle pointing out it was going to be a hot day. That simple act of courtesy really stuck with us. We shopped around but decided on the Hyundai. Jessie, Brent Slater, and the rest of the 'crew' helped us through the process in just a few hours and were just friendly. No wheeling or dealing.
