After being greeted immediately upon arrival I recognized the service representative I was dealing with was actually listening to what I was saying and I began to feel at ease. Kelly Ford was able to trouble shoot issues I had repeatedly tried to have diagnosed at other service departments in my first visit. It gave me great peace of mind that when I went to pick up my vehicle all the work would be done completely and properly, it was. It's nice to know that new personnel have the opportunity to shadow and are very upfront with how much knowledge they do or don't have if they are new. A previous experience in service for another of our Ford vehicles was exceptional, unlike the treatment we received from a closer Ford dealership. This is what lead us to go directly to Kelly Ford instead. Having them take care of everything from tags to insurance switch made the purchase process easy. More
