I’ll keep this to the point and just the facts in my opinion: Came in for a RECALL ON A 2023 FORD MAVERICK 4 Hrs later i noticed the ambient sensor/AC did not work. I called. They said “disconnect the opinion: Came in for a RECALL ON A 2023 FORD MAVERICK 4 Hrs later i noticed the ambient sensor/AC did not work. I called. They said “disconnect the battery”. I did that. Still had the problem. Brought in the truck - that very day just befor 2pm- to Kelly Ford. They “claimed” an impact caused the sensor to break. But no one knew when or where the impact happened (including myself) and the front bumper to the average person showed no signs of any damage. I was treated aggressively by Steve Roth who said, and I quote, after 2 minutes trying to figure out how this happened: “take your keys, I’m done with this, get out of here.” A mostly civil 30-40 minute debate (no insults other than Pete trying to get me irritated by claiming i called him a liar; i did not) in the parking lot occurred between myself and 4 employees; Jeremy Collin’s, their tech Pete ( i think thats his name) , steve Roth, and Raphael Martinez. It wasn’t the issue of the sensor being broken; we were all in agreement it was broken. It was the rude , unprofessional, and aggressive nature of the tone and attitude and unwillingness to help in a real way that inspired this accurate review. Keep in mind; we had no way of knowing if this did or did not happen under their supervision. Mr Collin’s said he would pay 50% of the repair but by this time I had lost all faith and trust. Meaning, they could claim anything. At $194/hour they claimed it could be anywhere from $730 to $1400 to repair. Moreover, Mr Collin’s, claimed the property has cameras but they do have “blind spots” so he had no idea at this time whether or not the “impact” had happened under Kelly Ford care. Reviewing my dash cam I saw how fast their drivers take your care into a crowded garage. After doing a deep dive I see I’m not alone in my discovery that Kelly Ford service is losing business because of the unprofessional demeanor and excessive fees they charge customers. More
