Just in time! On July 1, I brought my Grand Marquis in for an oil change and routine maintenance. My supervisor ws Sean Harmon., who pointed out that I needed new w On July 1, I brought my Grand Marquis in for an oil change and routine maintenance. My supervisor ws Sean Harmon., who pointed out that I needed new windshield wipers (which I had forgotten). He also reported that I needed a new battery, which was covered under warranty. The crew did a grand job, including cleaning and washing. They did not have a replacement battery in stock, but would have one by the next day. Sure enough, I came in on July 3 and had it installed. Was this a Godsend! We made a trip to Georgia that same week, and encountered torrential rainstorms there and back! Thank you for your timely reminder and great service! More

Above and Beyond I wanted to thank Traci Daly on the hard work she did to get my truck fixed. I had defective glass on my sunroof that crack from end to end.
