Tristan Palmer helped us select and drive 3 possible choices. He knew most of the facts about the vehicles and was very helpful but not pushy. He and the manager, Charlie, presented some good deals on 2017 models as well as new ones but we had specific accessory choices they could not come up with. Both of them were excellent at providing correct prices (per Internet) in their offers and not badgering us like many of my auto purchases in the past have been. We are making a different choice because of our travel plans but I highly recommend this dealership to purchase a Ford. More

CD Williams helped me look through some vehicles and I was on a test drive very shortly there after. CD was extremely personable and laid back. I immediately set out to purchase that vehicle. Excellent Buying Experience Brent was our salesman and we had a very good experience with him as far as the price for purchasing our new vehicle. We were not so pleased with what Brent was our salesman and we had a very good experience with him as far as the price for purchasing our new vehicle. We were not so pleased with what the used car manager gave us for our trade in (they lowballed us and sold the trade in for $8K more than what they gave us in lass than a week). I would've probably stuck to my guns a little more on our trade in, but the price of the vehicle we were purchasing was just too sweet of a deal to pass up on. The only saving grace was the way that Charlie McCarthy (Sales manager) and Brent treated us. If we had any concerns with the vehicle we purchased, they made it right ASAP. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them again. More

Kelly Ford--Old School Customer Focused Dealer Remember way back when dealerships used to hire professional employees who stood by their word, did the right thing, and didn't pressure you at every Remember way back when dealerships used to hire professional employees who stood by their word, did the right thing, and didn't pressure you at every turn to buy the next level up? Ok, that's an era that is so far gone most of you probably don't remember...but it did exist. Kelly Ford harkens to that time--the dealership has a clean and friendly atmosphere, our preferred sales department employee (Phil Pettus) is a solid guy--he works hard to sell you what you want/need, not the most expensive thing on the floor. He just sold us our 2nd vehicle, a 2018 F150 Lariat; it is AMAZING and we couldn't be happier. The service department not only asks for, but stops just short of demanding your feedback on how they could improve their service. Derek Ertz-Berger has been solid in the service of our other vehicle. The closing--where most dealers jump in and try to upcharge you on a superior warranty plan, or $500 Scotch Guard application--no real pressure at all. Sure, they offer some of these options, but merely present them to you...but don't demand that you purchase them, or seem annoyed that you are not receptive to their pitch. Johnnie Walsh, who represented their Business Management Department, was a true professional, nice to talk to, and expeditious in getting us through the last...and usually most dreaded...but not in this case...part of the transaction. Johnnie, thanks for helping us leave the lot with our new truck without questioning whether or not we spent our money wisely. Potential Customers...hear me--if you're in the market for a new car, want to keep your money local, and care about things beyond just the price tag on the 'deal', this is where you need to head.
